As an ex employee of years don't go here they charge huge broker fees they don't care about customers. corporate has harsh goals on the employees so the employees look for any way to charge u more broker fees. And the agents talk bad about customers after clients leave. If u call to get a quote by their call center ull have better odds of them charging if u broker fees as they are pressured to sell policy to those leads and they quote u really low by phone just so u go in person honestly don't go to Adriana's insurance ur paying a lot of money for nothing because they have really bad companies that are horrible in times of accidents some companies they work with even go out of business read more

Terrible I got into an accident and I get hit with no coverage and I've been paying Never going back read more

THIS INSURANCE COMPANY SUCKS! My girlfriend has been with them for fifteen years and Has not had a claim in that period of time. Suddenly she had a water leak from an air conditioner pipe breaking inside a closet which leaked int the hallway and created fifty thousand worth of floor and wall damage. They refused to cover the claim because of mold which she had covered in her policy. They took their time communicating to us, was very vague and condescending. Their ethics and sense of honesty is by far on the wayside. All they want to do is collect your policy money and keep it. We am retaining an. Attorney, reporting them to the better business bureau, the insurance board. In addition, we will spend the rest of our lives informing others of their corrupt and distasteful business practices ! May the fleas of a thousand camels infest their CEO's armpits! Their mother company is KEMPER read more

I called Adriana 's for a quick quote and fast help. I knew exactly how much I could afford, what type of car insurance I needed and Antonia Gonzalez helped me with that. She was very professional, sper understanding and human about my needs. She found a really good rate for me quickly, she presented so many alternatives, we made so many changes to my deductibles to find the best option. I am happy Antonia picked up my call that day, it was very stressful and she made it simple for me. Thank you! read more

Very nice people. With good prices and very clean. It's in Van nuys area in shopping center.

My brother went in to add a car to his policy and this girl antonia told him he couldn't find his policy so she had to make him a new one wich makes no sense and she told him he couldn't get liability bcuz his car was newer and that he needed full coverage when its up to the person to pick and choose wat coverage he wants smh and to top it off she charged him $420 dollars just to add a car only to his policy wow these people take advantage of people that have no idea about insurance read more

not happy at all with this company! They switched insurance companies in me and canceled me when I didnt make payment because the new company did not have my bank information, so I incurred a cancellation fee. when I explained that I didn't think that was fair because this was a company decision to switch my insurance to another company, they offered to take $20 off of what I was gonna have to pay to get it restarted so before the call was complete, I was given a different total of what my monthly bill would be, what they did was the $20 that they supposedly deducted to help me out they just added to my policy so that I'm paying on it every month. I definitely felt taken advantage of because they insulted my intelligence half of them can barely speak English, and I don't insult them for that. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of by Adrianna's insurance. read more

WARNING: Do not buy insurance from this company! The company that underwrites their policies, Alliance United and their parent company Kemper are a complete sham. I was in an accident seven months ago that nearly killed me and they still have yet to payout my property damage. It's been an absolute nightmare dealing with their shady adjusters. They're unresponsive, rude, and greedy. They're currently trying really hard to make sure I don't get the full pay out for the property that was damaged in the accident. Adriana's Insurance has a good marketing front, but the company that writes their policies are by far the worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with. read more

These people are thiefs!!!!!!!!! Stay away!!! B.S over the phone quotes once you go to there locations they rack up the price with one excuse after another!! They charge you to add or make changes to you policy for exsample I wanted to add a BMW to my policy and they wanted an extra $439 for down payment only!!!!!! Plus the extra monthly charge. I decided to cancel my policy with them and it was a hassel! The manager in that location is some young inmature ghetto looking girl with 0 coustomer service skills! Companies like this fortunantly arent in business for long, they are plainly out to steal.. No recomiendo esto lugar, son unos rateros!! I been insured with Adrianas for about 7 years now and I been very satisfied with the kind of customer service they offer. Recently I had a major problem that they helped me resolve in a very pleasant profesional service. I feel lucky to have been doing business with them. They are also one of the most affordable insurances I been able to find. I highly recommend Adrianas for your insurance needs. They will come trough for you when you need them. read more

This has been so far the worst place to even think about getting a new policy, I arrived and representatives couldn't even greet, and we're not attentive at all, I was asked to sign in and waited for about ten minutes and there was only one client and 4 representatives and I was not helped. This place sucks really unprofessional way to conduct business. Representatives should be train properly it lacks of costumer service. read more

Sorry, but it's terrible. Customer service never replies by email. They just ignore you. I have paid $30 renewal fee for my insurance but never received the renewed policy. They wanna charge $5 extra each time for "convenience" if you pay by DirectDeposit or CC. Of course, they claim the prices to be great! read more

Adrianas insurance co is a complete scam. I would never ever recommend anyone to get insurance from this company. First everyone is clueless they dont know what the fuck they are doing. They dont speak proper english, your on hold for way too long and they dont even offer a grace period. If your 1 minute late they cancel your policy and than turn around and charge you a 35$ reinstaement fee plus another 25$ fee to make your payment over the phone. So glad i cancelled my policy with them this company should not be in business god forbid any of their policyholders should get in a accident they would be screwed with their policy. Cancel cancel canel your policy and go elsewhere read more

Oh boy, did we make the wrong decision... NO COMPREN!!! DO NOT BUY!!! NEGATIVE 5 stars! So, we had 21st Century and all of a sudden they increased our fees. Not cool. So we shopped around and called several places. We came across Adriana's Insurance. They seemed very reasonable...Low for a reason..not very helpful and bad customer service. We decided to get insurance for 3 cars...all drivers with good driving records. When we went to get insured there was a loooooooong line. It took about 45 min to have an "agent" help us. She seemed nice and answered yes to all of our questions. Will we get 24 hr towing? YES! Roadside assistance...THE WORKS! Great, couple months pass by and my dad accidentally locked himself out. OK, we'll just call and have a locksmith help us. Sounds easy enough. NOPE! Called and got transferred about 5 times. In conclusion, nobody could help us because we did not get that service. Luckily a friendly neighbor helped us out. We called and they said they were very sorry and assured us that we are covered for everything. Couple months later my brother is on the 101 freeway and his car all of a sudden dies at around 8pm. Call the "24 HOUR TOWING" service and get transferred 2 times. An "agent" answers and tells us we only have towing service from 9-5. WHAT?! are you kidding me? so our car can only die between the hours of 9 to 5? WOW, unbelievable. Eventually my brother managed to get help, without any help of Adriana's. Next day we call and tell them what had happened. They were, again, very "sorry" and would not happen again. Nah, we're not gonna fall for that. We ended up cancelling with them and went back with 21st Century, which managed to get us a reasonable quote. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE. read more

If you got your insurance from Adriana's insurance you most likely got ripped off. I worked for Adriana's insurance, I've met and hung out with Adriana, and Veronica. This company is based on lies and greed. We are trained to lie to customers over the phone. The purpose of this is too give you a low prices over the phone just so that you can come in to the office. once you are in the office we are trained to bull shit you. " the price changed because of your car vin number" or something stupid like that. We are also told to charge for every change you do to your policy, if you add a car, driver etc. If you know anything about insurance you should know that all changes like that are free of charge. the Gallardo family say they want to help the "latino" community. thats BS they are the robbing you blind. Adriana, Veronica shame on you! FYI Lets say your insurance payment is only $30 a month, Your down payment shouldn't be more than $60 or so. they do charge a broker fee for doing simple paperwork for you. there fee is ridiculous. you can visit insurance companies websites such as SCJ, Viking, infinity etc and do it yourself with no broker fee. Adrianas insurance isn't an insurance company per say there a broker! do your reserch and don't get ripped off by the gallardo family read more

I'm a first time car buyer and i had to buy some insurance for a 08 mustang. Typically insurance for newer cars is expensive and with a traffic violation...pfff dont even think your insurance is going to cheap. Fortunatelly, they were sooo helpful they were able to get me full coverage at a more than reasonable price-i was shocked at how good my payment would be. They were sooo helpful and friendly. I'll be renewing my policy and bringing them my friends and family :-) read more

i had an appointment with Elizabeth and i arrived promptly but instead of helping me she went home and ignored me Worst costuner service ever read more

This company is nothing but a load of BS. They give you a descent quote over the phone and when you go into their office they will make up one excuse after another and tell you that the actual cost is much higher than what was quoted. They will offer you and sign you up with insurance companies that no one has ever heard of. Aside from that, it is worthless if you have an appointment with them as you will have to wait a long time to sit down with one of their "agents" who probably are on commission off their "broker fees". read more
