por favor no compren en ninguna de las oficinas de estas personas Adrianas Insurance, me cobraron 100.00 dolares para anexar otro auto ami poliza de seguro, no solo hace dos meses me vendieron una tarjeta de debito que anuncian y al cancelarla no me dijeron que me cobrarian dinero para cancelar y tiene muchisimas restriciciones, bueno un fraude completo, para el seguro tengo un auto 90 toyota corolla y me cobraron 399 de down payment y mi pago quedo en 54 dolares, desafortunadamente necesitaba la aseguranza y ya checando en otros lugares me cobran muchisimo menos que eso. Es una tristesa que lations le roban a latinos no nos ayudan para nada y aparte para hacer mi pago mensual en la oficina me cobran 10 dolares unas de las personas que trabajan ahi no saben lo que hacen. los supervisores solo te enrredan mas para comprar el seguro y bueno una infinidad de quejas en la oficina que compre la poliza escuche a clientes y aun asi compre la poliza, el agente me dijoq ue no me supenderian mi registro y esta suspendido , mi auto se lo llevo la policia y me dijo que mi aseguranza no reporto mi seguro al dmv, esto esta super mal pero bueno asi se aprende verificando el internet y pregutnando ala gente. pasen la voz pues solo le roban ala gente, si ellos supieran lo que cuesta ganar el minimo y pagar un down payment de 399 no lo harian. que lastima y verguenza qeu sean latinos para robarle a latinos. read more

Being transferred to an empty voicemail box upon calling back. When I inquired about a more suitable time to speak to the office manager, the agent was unable to provide a helpful response. Furthermore, I was repeatedly misinformed, including being told that the company lacked an office manager and being transferred to a supervisor at another location. This entire interaction constitutes unacceptable customer service. The significant wait time, lack of proper communication, and misleading information were unprofessional and caused me considerable frustration. I urge you to address these shortcomings to ensure that future customers receive the efficient and helpful service they deserve. Worst customer service I've ever tried to deal with. They transfer you to someone else so they don't have to help you. They transfer you to other reps when you ask for a manager or supervisor. When I first activated the insurance policy they overcharged me twice for a past suspended license. Once was fine of course but the second was not valid and they wouldn't help me when I would try calling. (Avoid reps like Humberto and Lucia) Worst scam of company I've ever had to deal with and I suggest you take your business elsewhere. You can find other brokers to get you cheap insurance, don't settle! read more

They only have 1 good rating so I assume this guy is the husband of the owners. It's no secret that this insurance company is a scam. Check out Ripoff report, I honestly feel sorry for the owner of this insurance company, she's intentionally screwing over a lot of people, maybe she thinks that she is getting away with it BUT.....GOD SEES EVERYTHING. I had insurance with mercury insurance and they raided my price up to 20% last month on my renewel,I called them and they told me that there rates increase in general and there is nothing they can do. I bought My insurance from them awhile back. I let my policy cancel and went back to reinstate. They were very helpful and the ladies were all fun to talk to. They were polite and greeted me when i walked in and immediately helped me out. I was even able to take care of my tags for my car since they had expired and they gave me my stickers in the office instantly. didnt have to wait in the loooong dmv line. awesome place. will recommend all my family and friends here! read more

Got my insurance with adrianas insurance. They gave me a good rate for what I have on my record and I was able to do my tags there in the office instantly and didnt have to go to the wait in the long line at the dmv for my sticker. Im so happy I went there it was in and out and the ladies were super nice and smiley. Last Week i was in the office and got my car insurance with Raquel Sanchez who explained in great detail my coverages , not only that but i needed to go to the DMV to renew my registration and she helped me with that, I didnt go to the dmv because they also do DMV services in there.
