[[HIGHLIGHT]]I called the place the day before I came and the owner Hovik was very kind and told me pricing range and the best way to schedule.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went there at the time I said I would so I don't disrupt the flow for other customers . [[HIGHLIGHT]]We got greeted and was again explained how it worked and how much it was.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Now the place where it is located has other shops around it and so parking is a tight and well uncomfortable to maneuver around. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The owner offered to move the car and park it which was great because there were other cars around there and I did it I would have been driving an inch at a time[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . The service was smooth and I was informed every step of the way . I've gone to other smog places before and they are usually quiet and just assume you don't care what's happening. so it was nice to be in the loop. They also offered DMV services which was convenient for me and my husband . Full disclosure I intended to write this review whether my car passed or not . Those are the things the business cannot control. Just like any other business or service it may or may not go in your favor specially if necessary steps are not taken . Great service! It is right off the main road of Van Nuys Blvd. I came in on 3/16/26 to get my smog test done and was in and out fairly quickly. It's a tight lot, so thankful that the gentleman was about to pull in/out my car from the smog test location. You can also renew your DMV registration here for a fee of $45 and they would get you your stickers within 24 hours. Would come here again! read more

I would give half a star if I could. The service here was rushed, rude, not to mention overcrowded. No one told me how much my service would cost before they took my car back for a smog check, I had to specifically ask.
