I hired Rightway Services as of December 2025 for a previous tax year to receive the appropriate guidance and service for taxes. After filing, I received an IRS notice stating they could not process my refund via direct deposit because the return was submitted without complete banking information. As a result, my refund has been delayed and had to be handled through an alternate method, which created unnecessary stress and follow-up with the IRS that should not have been required for a paid professional service. I expected a more careful and thorough preparation of my return, especially with something as basic as direct deposit details.
