Smog Check Pros - Prices might be slightly higher, but still reasonable. - Smog Check Stations Near Me - Van Nuys, California

The owner is very nice and responds very fast. The service is fast and friendly. The price is fair for a smog check. The only isssue is that there isn't a lot of car space, since they are in a small space shared with another car service business. It's really not convenient and is unsafe with cars being blocked in and also get damaged. read more

Excellent quick service professional. Everyone should come here for this Smog check prices are right to.

I went on a Saturday morning with no appointment. After a short wait it was still quick and easy, even with a 1994 OBD class C motorhome!

Fast service, reasonable price! I will definitely return if my car needs another smog test.

This is the only smog check station that i use for the last couple years and always recommend. Very honest and straightforward owner.

It was a perfect, quick and professional smog check service I ever had, with great and reasonable cost.

I was in and out in 15 minutes thanks to the speedy Saro who helped me today ! No BS no lengthy waiting in line and their prices are about $ 10 less than most for Smog ! I'll be back in 2 years when I'm due again !! read more

Pro Tip: Check in on Yelp for a small one-time discount! I was looking for a smog Check nearby while running errands and stumbled upon Smog Check Pros. Take care thst they are a smaller lot on a somewhat busy street, so it may be difficult to drive larger cars in here... Especially backing back out. That being said, their drive-in was also a tad narrow, but the staff directed me in without me asking - thanks! I didn't make a reservation and walked in. With one car ahead, the wait time was about 15 minutes. All in all, in and out within 15 minutes. Service was so smooth and efficient that I didn't think there was any down time. 100% highly recommended and will be returning in future years. read more

Super quick and easy, would definitely recommend to people . Efficient direct would go back

They always are so quick and helpful! I really appreciate how easy it was to get service and what we needed for our car.

Friendly, professional and reasonably priced, what move could you ask for? I will return again when it's time for our next smog check.

Quick and easy, no judgement smog check! The man who runs the place didn't try to upsell me, and I didn't even need to show my coupon before he applied the discount (apparently repeat customers, even ones that are over 2 years ago, have the same discount applied!). Prices are reasonable. Will definitely be taking my car to him again in 2 years from now! read more

It was great. My friend recommended me this place. The owner is very nice and professional. Will be coming here again!

was quick and fast very friendly person, second time here definitely recommend, did smog very two cars here the price was great

I received a smog check and when I went to aaa to pay my registration and submit smog certificate they told me that they had not uploaded it to the dmv or they must have did something wrong. When I contacted and let these guys know hoping they would fix it and all would be fine they said it will be an additional charge! I couldn't believe it and I hope nobody experiences what I had to. |[ q u i c k n e a s y ]| Real quick and efficient I was in and out in about 10-15 min! He even helped me check my tire pressure which was nice of him since I brought up the concern. Love that they take Apple Pay also. Space is small so can be challenging to pull in and out due to the busy street. Don't forget to bring registration form! |[ o v e r a l l ]| Yelp checkin deal makes it $48 total for smog+cert but coupon wording a bit confusing imo (says "$39.75 for smog, plus cert" which makes it sound like it's that price for both but really I feel it should just say $48 for both or clarify wording). But no big deal, it was fast and to the point so I'd come back again. :] read more

No appointment needed. Quick and easy once it's your turn. Takes about 15 minutes. I went on a Saturday and there was one car ahead of me and few customers came after. It's located on Sherman Way so it's a tight space if they are busy. I used a Yelp discount so it was a little cheaper. read more

Was empty-headed and ignored a pending registration renewal's due date... and that I needed a new Smog certification! I had to move quickly, and due to the good reviews, I gave this place a try and am glad I did. I arrived a bit late in the morning, and there was already a car ahead of me and a bit of a Tetris puzzle in the parking lot. Still, I was done within 15-20 mins with a clean bill of health with time to spare. They thought it wouldn't be in the DMV system until midnight, but luckily, I was able to renew the same day without any additional late payment. Whew! Definitely going to be my go-to place for the future. read more

The absolute best! I've been coming here for years with a variety of vehicles, vintage, motorhomes, pickups, etc etc he can do it for you. So many other places get all confused when a pre OB2 vehicle comes in, or they want to charge you $250 or something crazy. This guy is a pro, the prices are reasonable, he is quick as long as there aren't any problems. And if there are any problems he is helpful in guiding you in the right direction to get it resolved. I won't go anywhere else! read more
