Went to see Abbie for the first time today. She was amazing! She listened and looked at what I wanted to do with my hair, I brought in a few pictures/ideas. She gave me great advice and changed my color from one tone to bright highlights. She replicated the cut I was looking for beautifully (if only I looked like Kate Bosworth in real life) It looks amazing! I will definitely go back to see her again & recommend her to my friends/family! read more

Ashley is an incredibly talented stylist and did those two magical things they emphasize in business school ("anticipate need" and "delight customers"). She does meticulous beautiful work. Already booked my next appointment! read more

Owner Melanie is the absolute best. The salon is clean and the entire staff is upbeat and friendly. Prices are reasonable. I would not go anywhere else for my hair care. read more

Liz has given me the most natural red hair I have achieved with a salon. She really listens to clients and asks clarifying questions to set expectations and make sure you're getting what you want. Her cuts last weeks with excellent shape and her blowout is quick, efficient, and has lasted me 4+ days. She is also incredibly sweet and so pleasant to chat with! HIGHLY recommend. read more

Malia is the best!! I moved a year and a half ago and when I moved I was recommended Smitten salon for my hair needs. It does not disappoint! It's the best hair salon I've been to with the most professional stylist. They definitely keep you looking your most stylish. After going through some stylists in the salon, I met Malia and she was the first hair stylist to understand how to cut and style my wavy hair. So she's my person at the salon! She's the best with color and cuts and everything in between. So if you go to smitten...ask for Malia! She's the best! read more

When I first started working with Stephanie, my hair had been completely wrecked by my previous stylist. Stephanie was able to fix the damage and has maintained the perfect color and style ever since. Everyone at Smitten is extremely nice and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable - I can't recommend them enough! read more

Easily the worst hair cut I've ever had. I didn't plan on having my hair cut bc I had an appointment with a stylist who knows my hair later in the week, but was there for (ok) color. I have fine, wavy hair- it has to be cut bluntly or in a french bob. Everyone that has ever cut my hair has told me not to do short layers and feathered layers. I had a picture of a cut that was blunt with a few very long layers. I left with layers as short as two inches and my already fine hair frayed. I would say the style is nothing. I've had a much better hair cut at super cuts, but as my mom always says a more expensive salon doesn't mean better cuts, you're just out more money. I paid 80 dollars for a cut I cover with a hat or scarf. You can't salvage it bc it's so thin and short . Also I understand that stylist and clients have different interpretations of styles so it's just good to say what style you're cutting. read more

Though there is no doubt that this place is pricy, it's completely worth it. The staff are so knowledgeable, and being able to sip on wine during the process wasn't bad either. If you are getting balayage, ask for Pam. She's amazing and though I can't wait to go back, my color is as good 2 months later as it was when I walked out of the salon! read more

Melanie is the BEST hair stylist I've ever had! The day I found Melanie was the day my prayers were answered! Every single time I leave her chair I walk away feeling so confident in myself. She honestly has the magic touch! She truly listens to EXACTLY what you want and will transform you into your dream style! I'm blonde, and have had my fair share of stylists ruin my color. I've been going to Melanie for 2 years now and personally thank her for my "good hair days" each day! I followed her from Salon Bleu to Smitten and recommend all of my friends. I get compliments on my hair every where I go-- from people I know to complete strangers! Her new salon Smitten is AMAZING! I would be lost without Melanie and Smitten!! read more

I LOVE SMITTEN and let me tell you why you should go and trust all of their stylists! I personally see Lisa Rittiner who is amazing and I would drive miles and miles to see her if I ever left this area!! Lisa is talented with both cuts and color! She does a wonderful job of finding out what YOU want and tailoring her advice around your style. Her co-owner Mel is also fabulous! Mel has also cut and colored my hair. Lisa was attending a wedding when I got married so I trusted Mel completely on my wedding day and I was so happy with my style. :) Michael and Alicia are very talented stylists as well as I have been to both when they were at Salon Blue. All of the stylists are caring experts and fun to be around as well! :) I must say I have worked for Marriott for 23 years and we are so service oriented as a company to my expectations for service are always high! The SMITTEN team has also made service their #1 priority. I practically fall asleep when my hair is washed as the assistants actually "massage" your head while you are there. I can't say enough about SMITTEN. If you are new to town or to their salon, you will be so happy with your experience....5 stars is not enough! Their salon is urban chic with subdued yet inspiring colors....all set for you to RELAX and enjoy your experience :) Congrats on your opening SMITTEN! Way to go!!! read more

I have been a long-time client of Melanie's and was beyond excited when I found out she was opening Smitten with co-owner, Lisa. Each appointment, Melanie does a thorough consultation to ensure you're getting exactly what you want and gives her professional recommendations which I might not always think about and totally appreciate. Whether it is a trim or a full color, hightlights, and cut I have NEVER been disappointed! From the minute you walk into Smitten, you are greeted with a friendly hello, a warm smile and even a glass of wine if you're in the mood! The salon is inviting with chic yet comfortable decor, it has a relaxed vibe, and everyone who works genuinely loves what they do and cares about their clients - that is so hard to find these days. I would absolutely recommend Melanie and any of the stylists at Smitten to anyone. It is without a doubt THE hair destination not only in Arlington but throughout the entire DC area. read more

Can I just say Lisa is amazing! I am not easy to please, not at all. After my favorite hairdresser moved away five years ago it's been one disappointment after another. When I went to Smitten I kept my expectations in check. I got partial highlights and a haircut. It turned out absolutely great, loved it. I asked Lisa if she knew of any places around to get my eyebrows done and turns out Alicia does eyebrows! Extremely pleased with her as well. Also, not sure why this place has three dollar bill signs next to the price range, it's not dirt cheap but it's not expensive by any means either. Anyway, highly recommend it! read more

I'm signing onto Yelp for the first time in several years just to post this review! I've lived in the DC-Arlington area for 6 years now and have gotten my hair cut at more salons than I can recall...or care to recall! I am, however, a color virgin. Or I was, until I went to Smitten. I'd been letting my medium length dark(ish) brown, straight as a board hair grow out after a lackluster cut at another Arlington salon, and after many months it had reached that official "Blah" stage, cut-wise. Bang-wannabes always needing to be pinned back, droopy layers, etc etc... And the color (remember - color virgin) was beyond blah. It was like Invasion of the Gray, all standing out against the lovely (not) Blah Dingy Brown. My go-too "style" was Librarian Bun. Sexxy. Anyway, I'd been thinking about two things for some time - bangs and going dark(er). Picture the trendy(ish) full bang look plus New Katie Holmes meets Zooey Deschanel meets Pamela Adlon (bonus pts if you know who that is!!) - but I wasn't confident that 1) I could pull it off, or 2) that I even wanted to, or 3) that I could find a stylist who could pull it off. So instead I put it off...and put it off...and the Blahs got Blah-er and the Grays got Grayer. During this extended indecision, I complained about my hair. A lot. I asked one of my yoga buddies where she got her hair done - it was dark and lovely a la Courtney Cox, but medium length - and without hesitation she said "GO TO SMITTEN." So, finally, months later, I did. On June 29, with Melanie (one of the owners, who another Yelper referred to as "Melanie Bangs" - figured that was a good sign!). I arrived armed with a ridiculous number of pics, but still not 100% sure of what I wanted. I'll just cut to the chase - Melanie was a genius. Like, a mind-reading genius. We sat down and chatted - I showed her the pics, she examined my hair, face, etc, and we dove in. All while sipping some very lovely cucumber-mint water and nibbling on chocolate and chatting. I emerged later with hair **exactly** the color I'd fantasized about, only better - natural looking but sooo much better, glossy, dark but not black, grays totally eradicated, glossy and healthy looking. Why didn't I do this sooner??? The cut is fanTAStic - up until the very last minute I wasn't committed to the full bang, but we ultimately decided to go for it - and it looks amazing. Seriously, I don't know why other stylists can't get this right, but Melanie knows what she is doing. Really wish I could post before and after pics! This is the first time that I will actually go back to a stylist for interim bang trims - in fact, I'm looking forward to it! I've never gotten more compliments on my hair than I have after this experience - color, cut, everything, even just my general appearance. I just can't say enough good things - everyone there was uber nice, I got a great shampoo and scalp massage, staff were all great. The salon was busy, but I got in right on time and never felt rushed. AND the price is very reasonable for this area, especially considering the quality. Totally worth it. Can't wait to go back! I'm moving to Tenleytown next month but will totally be making the trip across the bridge for Smitten!! :-) PS: The friend who originally recommended Smitten sees Jana for cut and color and loves her, and another friend of ours recently saw Alisha for a cut and was completely thrilled with the results - will be going back for color. :-) read more

I love this salon and my stylist, Alisha, could not be better! I have followed her from salon to salon. The furnishings include an old barber bench that belonged to of one of the owners grandfathers. How great is that for a family business? I don't understand the comments about availability. Yes, with any service in demand, one had to plan and book appointments in advance, but Smitten will allow you to book for your next appointment when you leave the current one, and well into the future, if you want. When I have needed to change the appointment, they are accommodating. Love the place and friendly atmosphere!!! read more

I've been getting my hair done with Lisa for the past 2.5 years and have never had a bad color or cut from her. She always seems to know exactly what to do even if I give her little to no guidance. For reference, I have long, curly, and dark blonde hair. She typically does some sort of highlight/lowlight and glaze combo, and makes it look fabulous. It never looks like I have those dreaded highlight streaks, just looks completely natural. Additionally, she remembers everything about me... Past boyfriends, current fiancé, jobs, everything. It's truly and amazing experience to see someone four times a year and not have to remind her of things, just catch up in general. I highly recommend Smitten Salon to everyone. My mom has gotten her hair done from Lisa and had the same great results with her thin, brunette, and short hair. Yes, you may have to call a month of two in advance for an appointment, but it's all worth it. It's a sign that they are all good at what they do and have many happy clients. read more

I really love this place! I've had a nightmare experience with another salon in the past so I'm always super cautious with picking them now. I saw Irene for a cut my first visit and we talked then about changing up my color. On my next visit, we talked about what I wanted to do extensively and even though I was super nervous, I ended up getting ombre. I absolutely love it, I told her I wanted it done subtly and that's exactly what it is. I have gotten so many compliments on it since. I've never had a problem getting an appointment either and I like all of the products I've tried that she's recommended. It can be a little pricey, but can you really put a price on the one thing you wear everyday? read more

STAY AWAY!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place is SO busy to the point that they don't care at all about customer service. My hair dresser moved to this salon about 3 years ago and like most people I followed her. What a mistake!!!! I should have never done so! I got stuck in roadwork traffic and missed my appointment there last week , I called but they advised me to go anyways, once I get there they treated my so badly like I committed some kind of a crime. I asked for the manager to call me so I had a call from Catherine who left me a message about how I cannot go back there unless I pay 50% of the service fee and that they canceled my 20 year old daughter's hair appointment because of the problem they have with me. My daughter had no clue about what has happened at all. This is beyond unprofessional!!!! She will be reporting them to BBB as this is a total discrimination and BAD business practice. Who do they think they are!??? They are not the only salon in town!!! Especially with that price point they should treat people better!!! read more

I have been coming to Smitten for over a year now and I'm a huge fan. I've gone from blonde, to brunette, to blonde-ish again and Ali has treated my hair with care and done an excellent job giving me the color I ask for. Initial balayage is expensive by nature, but follow-ups are much easier on your wallet. Overall I'd highly recommend, just make sure you book your appointment far in advance as they book up very fast. read more

My review is for Tiffany. My hair was in rough shape on my last cut, I hadn't gotten a cut in awhile and the layers seemed to be breaking. I told her I was trying hard to grow it out so she knew exactly what to do. She cleaned up my ends via dry cutting and recommended some products to help. Just seemed to know a lot about hair and was helpful. read more

The atmosphere and general setting of the salon is superb. I enjoy walking into the salon - good music, good magazines, good washes, and good looks. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts at liking the place, I just haven't received a good haircut there. I started by going to Jana. I asked that she cut my hair like Alexa Chung because my hair has a natural wave to it. The final product was good, but before she let me out of the chair, I had to highlight some areas that need some refining. The lines were blunt, rather than textured. The next few times proved difficult - she repeatedly cut my bangs unevenly and the final blow before she left to open her own salon was when she cut too far back giving my small face too much bang. That was nearly six months ago and I'm still growing out the puffy sides. I then switched to Alisha, who has a wonderful smile and personality. Unfortunately, I just don't think she can cut hair very well. She trimmed my bangs a few times before I went in for a haircut last Friday. Each time she cut my bangs, they were a little blunt, but she softened and textured them when I mentioned this to her before leaving. On Friday, however, I don't know what happened. I asked for the Alexa Chung haircut to my shoulders. Again, my hair is wavy. She flat-ironed it so she could see the lines and then proceeded to give me an A-line shoulder-length bob! She flat-ironed it, so now that it is curly, it makes no sense. There is a hole in the haircut line just above my shoulders where the hair gets incredibly thin because she cut the outer layers so short. When my hair curls/waves, the upper part of my hair puffs out creating a huge bubble at the back of my head. Meanwhile, my bangs almost go straight across - again no texture, no sophistication. It looks a little like a bowl-cut and nothing like Alexa Chung's bangs. When I decided that the only thing to do was pull my short hair back into a ponytail until it grows out, the pony tail was long on the right and left and empty in the middle. Not one person has complimented me on the haircut. Instead, my husband asked what happened and my boss, trying to be kind, suggested that I go to her hairdresser next time. I'm so tired of paying hairdressers well for disappointing haircuts that I called the salon to ask for my money back. I paid $75 for the cut and I've referred numerous people to salon for some reason. I was told that the salon does not refund money, rather they would prefer to try to fix the cut. I explained that my hair was too short and thin to fix. Maybe they could fix the bangs, but quite honestly, I just don't want to go back there. I'm so irritated that I have to redo a $75 haircut. That's a lot of money. I don't make $75 a hour or $75 in a hour and a half. Needless to say, I will not be going back. I am beyond irritated with this horrible haircut. I'm nearly 40 years old and it looks like I'm trying to be 20 something with an alternative blunt haircut. It looks absurd. read more

Decided to try this place given all the great reviews on Yelp and the fact that it's near my office. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. My hairstylist was Abbie and she gave me the worst haircut I've ever had in my adult life. I was really hoping she could replicate the picture I showed her, which by the way she spent about 2 seconds looking at. That to me was a red flag given how little she paid attention to what I wanted. Instead of getting a short-chic haircut, my haircut turned out to be boring, uneven, and with no definition in the layers. The end result seemed like the type of haircut you would get from Supercuts. I'm sorry, but for the price they charge I expected more out of my stylist. She seemed inexperience and could tell right away with the way she was cutting my hair. Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

I was apprehensive to write this review as I've never written a bad review before, but my cut is so unmanageable, I had to write one. I spoke with the stylist about how I am trying to grow my hair out and how I only wanted a trim. The stylist and I agreed on 1 inch of length being cut, I left with 4 inches off the length. Additionally, the stylist and I discussed how my hair is curly and I wear it curly often, and one of my layers is ear length which makes my curly hair look like a big pouf. This layer is so short, I cannot even style it straight, as it just poufs out. Everyone at the salon is very friendly, the atmosphere is upbeat, and the shampoo/head massages are to die for, but as far as cut goes I would never return to this salon. read more

Just received a very disappointing haircut from Meredith. Also, she styled so poorly, I had to go home and redo. Total waste of my time and money! read more

I'm new to the area and needed a hair stylist. I thought I'd give this place a try because it was close, convenient, and there were enough positive reviews on yelp. I made a huge mistake. The girl at the front desk suggested I see Lynsey for a color and cut. The atmosphere of the salon was nice but the job done on my hair was absolutely horrible. The worst cut and color I've ever had. I simply asked for a dusting off the ends of my hair and she went scissor happy. My layers were uneven. There were short pieces where there should be long pieces. I asked for caramel blond highlights and ended up with strawberry blond instead. I asked for partial highlights and the highlights never went beyond the crown of my head, but yet I was charged for a partial. The blow dry was awful too. I had kinks in the back of my hair and it was still damp when I left. I might as well have gone to Hair Cuttery. The only decent part was the hair wash. I will never, ever go back here - not even to fix the debacle Lynsey created. I wouldn't dare have her touch my hair again. Beware. read more

Avoid this salon. I was so excited to find a neighborhood salon but it has disappointed me time and again. I wanted to give it a second try and was left waiting for at least 25 minutes.... and left with hair way shorter than discusses and color that was extremely dark, despite us agreeing on which highlight color to use. I called to her a correction and was given the run-around and told everything was booked for weeks. After complaining that it was their mistake to correct... three phone calls later... a manager finally called and got me in two days later. I though that everything would be fixed at that point. Nope. They 'forgot' to tell me that they don't do blow-outs with corrections... which would have been okay had I know, but I had someplace to be and instead left the salon with soaking wet hair and for an attitude from the person at the front desk. Despite all that, the color is still wrong.... and I had the privilege of paying $300 for this and they don't offer refunds. read more

I really really really wanted to love this place- great reviews, convenient location, easy to make an appointment...but I thought my haircut was just meh. I have long, easy to cut, sometimes straight/sometimes a random natural wave, never dyed brown hair. I often leave places feeling like no matter what I ask for, I end up with one of two of the same cuts- angles around the face or long layers. I'm not super fussy about my hair but it a)needs to be able to be pulled back in a few different styles (bun, high/low ponytail), b) if possible look OK air dried, c) I love side swept bangs, as long as they're done right. I forgot the name of my male stylist, but he got the first two right (it actually might even look better air dried) but my bangs are still a hot mess (I had asked him to help me because my previous stylist didn't get the part right so they were all over the place). They don't look awful but they are a PAIN to style, which is exactly what I had asked for his help for. The rest of the cut was OK, nothing special but I've sort of come to grips with that. The salon was nice but I thought the price tag was too high for a cut I thought was just OK (and I forgot that I actually can't stand the smell of B&B products). Pros- nice clean salon, easy to make an appointment, convenient location, male stylist was friendly but wasn't all over me trying to make conversation, offered me a choice of drinks, and a GREAT relaxing shampoo Cons- just wasn't happy enough with the cut to justify going back, price wasn't unreasonable for the area but there are cheaper options read more

Smitten? Not so much. Maybe the stylists are fabulous, I'll never know. This salon has one of the most customer-unfriendly policies I have ever encountered--requiring that you provide a credit card number just to hold an appt. This is rude and insulting. If a client bails on an appt w/no notice, then yes, by all means, require some insurance. But right out of the gate? Before the client even has a chance to get in the door? Absolutely not. I will not patronize restaurants that have this policy. And I refused to patronize another salon w/such a policy--and that salon eventually got rid of it. Consumers need to stand up for themselves and refuse to allow businesses to treat them badly. read more

I went for the first time in January. The salon was nice and the front desk people were very helpful and attentive. However, not very pleased with my haircut. I had Meredith and she didn't spend a lot of time on my hair. She didn't really ask me very many questions about what i wanted and didn't really take time during the consolation to look at my hair and offer suggestions or ideas. I left with hair that was shorter ... and that's about it. I wouldn't go back. Maybe she was just tired from a long day or something but overall I really wasn't impressed. read more

I made my first visit to Smitten on Saturday for a cut and color with Michael. I am delighted with the entire experience! I have naturally thick and curly hair which can be difficult for many people to ha sake. Michael was fantastic - he was open to my plans for my hair and set my expectations that anything I'm not happy with we can improve next time in refining the color and styling. The overall experience in the salon was also fantastic - from the front desk greeting to the relaxing atmosphere. It was a wonderful start to my Saturday! read more

A few months ago, I decided I would like to put more effort into taking care of my hair. I called Smitten and requested a stylist who was comfortable with brunettes to do a cut and talk with me about balayage and made an appointment with Samantha. She is extremely personable and truly listened. She didn't make any disparaging remarks about the condition of my hair when stylists at other salons have criticized and been pushy. Samantha completely respected what I was looking for and I didn't feel an ounce of pressure to go shorter, to buy any products, or to do balayage. She was informative and helpful. Last week, I saw her for my first-ever balayage and my first color job since 2004 when I received horrible, streaky, bleached, unnatural highlights. She respected my desire for subtle and warm tones, asked for pictures, and asked questions to confirm and clarify every step of the way. She broke down each element of the process and double checked everything with me verbally before each step. I heard other stylists at the salon doing this with their clients as well and it made me feel so at ease. I'm SO happy with the finished product and am immensely relieved that I met a stylist who makes me feel completely comfortable. read more

I visited Michael at Smitten a few weeks ago and am very pleased with his haircutting and styling talent. It is difficult to get a good haircut in this day and age, I believe the emphasis is on coloring, highlighting where the big money lies, Michael listens to the client and works his wonders on styling and cutting, all in all the beauty salon has pleasant, warm friendly personnel, shampoo ladies are very good (also); the test of a good hair stylist is when one returns home to handle the washing and blowdrying on their own which I am able to accomplish with a good hair cut/design by Michael, he is also very friendly and doesn't waste time yaking! this was my second visit to Smitten's and I shall return read more

Very disappointed and should have known better. Saw the reviews and thought to give it a try, even asked when making the appointment to get someone who knows how to cut short hair, and was reassured that Irene 'is very experienced'. That she is not, and i ended up with some of the worst cut hair yet. Now on to searching for another hair dresser once this mess has grown out enough. read more

My first appointment was for a haircut in December and it went well, so I booked a color gloss with the same stylist. She also told me they were having a special and handed me a coupon I could bring with me for a free Olaplex treatment during my color appointment. The girls at the desk seemed confused while booking my next appointment and it took longer than necessary, but they were clearly told by both myself and Stephanie that it was an appointment for color and I recall her telling them to allocate additional time for the treatment. I showed up in January for my appointment and my stylist asked me what we were doing that day. She seemed uncertain, and then she told me that they had scheduled me for just a haircut and that there probably wouldn't be time to style my hair. I asked about the Olaplex and she told me I didn't really need it. This was contrary to our original conversation. At this point, I was already at the salon, had blocked out the afternoon for it, and my grey's were a little past due for color, so I chose to stay. After my hair was colored, the next client arrived before my hair was blow dried. I was told I could go blow dry my hair somewhere else in the salon by myself. I declined because I was feeling pretty awkward at that point. I was still charged full price for my color. I was told my gloss should last 6 weeks and my greys started showing after the second wash, and I use the same Bumble & Bumble products the salon uses. Now, barely two weeks later, it looks like I never had my hair colored at all. I am extremely disappointed. Your front desk staff needs better training, and someone should have taken the initiative to at least offer a sincere apology before I walked out into the cold with a wet head of hair. The situation was handled very poorly and I will not return and would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

Love Smitten and love Alisha! I highly recommend her - she does great with stick straight hair, and she's super sweet. She did an amazing job with my color, too, coloring my black hair with just the right amount of brown. No one can even tell I color it, which is the point, right? The salon itself is super cute, and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. I'm so happy my friend recommended me! read more

This is a mixed review. Michael at Smitten is amazing and I highly recommend him if you can get in to see him. However, I got impatient and made appointments for cut and color with a couple of Smitten's newer stylists, and they were not good. Despite bringing pictures, and having a clear idea of what I wanted, neither my cut or color came out to be what I wanted. The cut was honestly horrible. I asked for a blunt, long bob, and instead came out with a super razored, layered, Rachel from friends cut. Not good at all. The worst part of all this is that I don't think any of the stylists knew or cared that they were not doing what I wanted. read more

Salon atmosphere is great. Very friendly front desk staff. Got my hair cut and styled by Pam and shes great! She's not only a great hairstylist but very easy to talk to! She's also super fast in a good way. I loved my experience and the outcome so much I will definitely be back in a few weeks! Highly recommend this place! read more

Like many before me, I have had bad experiences with this salon and, after the most recent incident, this time I will not go back. I attempted to return an unopened hair product with a receipt just days after purchase and the owner Melanie would not refund my credit card. The only remedy was an exchange. This would be acceptable if the policy was on the receipt and/or posted in the salon, but it was not. I tried to find something else, but the salon's product line availability is limited, so I walked out with the original purchase and no plans to ever return. "The customer is king" has lost its meaning at Smitten. read more

I have been going here for over a year, and Jana is my stylist. I am very pleased with the service, and she's even cut my kids' hair. It's hard to get in to see her on the weekends, but as long as I schedule in advance, it's not a problem. Parking on the street near the salon is always easy. In case you score one of the metered spaces in front of the shop, have quarters handy. Treat yourself to a banana pudding--or whatever--at Bakeshop after your cut. read more

I've been trying to find a salon that is reasonably priced and great at blonde highlights. Lisa is just who I've been searching for! She is great with blondes and gives you a very natural look. I've been complimented on my hair color multiple times since getting it done and I could not be more pleased. For a full highlight in Washington DC, the price is very reasonable. I have friends who pay upwards of $350 for full highlights in this city which is just outrageous to me. I would highly recommend Lisa if you're looking for that natural, blonde look. She's also very sweet and talkative, a huge plus in my book! Their new salon is decorated nicely and has a great atmosphere too. read more
