In addition to some of the specifics mentioned in my previous review (see below), there have been several instances where Ankers could have just recommended the more expensive route to fix something, but chose to allow us to make an informed decision by trying alternatives or doing things incrementally so that it could be determined if a smaller fix would suffice. All this without sacrificing the integrity of the car, though. It is such a relief to know you are going to receive competent and honest work on one of the major financial investments you make: your vehicle. I can't recommend them highly enough.

They have no idea what they are doing regarding alignment to the point they either don't even do it, or they have incompetent employees taking short cuts. I would recommend you not visit them for anything related to alignments or tires. Within 8 months you will probably have the same issue and be out another 1k+. Not to be unexpected due to liability concerns while on their property, absolute limited access to your property aside from retrieving personal belongings. That aside, they were agreeable to towing vehicle to a bay to retrieve recently-installed tires for a fee. Would certainly consider them for towing services and/or basic repair services, but suggest considering where your vehicle is towed to in the event of an accident - home or your preferred service provider. This is in no means to meant as a ding against the merchant, just something to consider. $600+ Retrieval/towing from accident scene, $186 relocation and tire swap.

As they welded it together they used to much heat which damaged the honeycomb inside and pieces broke off inside which caused got clogging and could have caused a fire being the gas couldn't come out the muffler. I am a single mother of two children and our safety comes first and obviously they were only thinking about the money and not our safety. I also brought my car to two different mechanics that said the same thing. Thankfully they refunded me back the money yesterday 2/3/22 to be able to pay for my car to get fixed somewhere else.

I was told that their state inspection technician was not there full time so I called ahead of time and was assured that he (she) was available. When I got to the store after some waiting I was told that inspections could not be done and to come next day. I came back the next day and got the same story, "the technician was in but was not doing inspections today, come tomorrow". A certain degree of professionalism would this store a lot. I have made appointment elsewhere to have my vehicle inspected and will not be back to this place.
