I have been a long time customer of Everett Auto. They have always been more than honest with me in all my dealings with them. What I appreciate most is that if they don't think a repair is immediately necessary they tell me my options and let me decide. They also don't oversell services they know they can't handle. For most repairs they have been phenomenal! John, Bruce, and the guys at Everett Auto have always been a pleasure to work with. You may not always get the answer you want(not everything is simple or inexpensive, after all) but they have ALWAYS communicated well and been fair and honest about cost and when they will complete the work. I used to do internet homework to diagnose problems before taking to a mechanic so I would not be overcharged or misled but Everett has eliminated that requirement. Well, I got my transmission fixed finally by a REPUTABLE mechanic who was appalled at the transmission "work" done by the bozo's at Everett Auto repair. The cost was 2K for the rebuild. The OTHER ripoff they did to me was charge 370 dollars for a tailpipe and muffler. The muffler lasted exactly4200 miles then promptly rotted out. This car has sat in a heated garage the last year and a half now it is wasted like the owner of Everett road, John the Drunk. Thanks for yet ANOTHER expense. PLEASE....PLEASE do NOT give these hacks your money, they are the masters at " bait and switch". I'm now considering a lawsuit, but not sure I want to go bar hopping to find the owner.
