The imaging and diagnostic tools they used were clearly state-of-the-art, which made the evaluation process feel very precise and reassuring. At many medical offices, you can feel like just another number, rushed in, rushed out, and treated more like part of an assembly line than a patient. That was absolutely not the case here. Every member of the team was personable and genuinely focused on patient care. I never once felt hurried. Instead, the staff took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable along the way. After the initial x-rays and testing revealed the issue, Dr. Berto came chairside. His chairside manner was exceptional. He carefully walked me through the images, explained exactly what the tests revealed, and discussed the procedure in a way that was both clear and reassuring. They worked around my schedule on short notice to find what would work for me, which I was honestly amazed by. He said my teeth are healthy and fine so why mess that up! I've been to dentists that jumped at doing these types of cosmetic procedures (usually their suggestion) since they break down over time but never did they mention that it damages your teeth in the process. The office was very clean and the staff was not only friendly but very gentle and ensured I did not have any pain during my procedure.  Secondly, Dr Hale was very detailed and did all the examining of the tooth himself to ensure he knew exactly how each tooth was reacting to test. I was very impressed as I have seen another endodontics and they made the techs do that portion of the exam. Since it was not the tooth we initially thought, Dr Hale made a personal call to my dentist to cover his finding with my dentist so they were aware also. He went the extra mile to ensure that everyone agreed with his treatment plan. I declined to sign the agreement and pressed on why it was so expensive and was informed that they're "not actually in network with my plan". I mean wth ?!?? Deceptive, bait and switch approach. I left. Wasted a. Day off from work and they billed my insurance 345.00 the scans. I will be seeking oversight review.
