Overall my experience here was less than expected. I have had no ability to get a cleaning done due to their ever changing schedule and being booked months out, and the emergency care I received left me in pain and ending up getting a root canal and even that did not remedy the pain in total. It took MONTHS to not have pain daily after repeat adjustments and multiple temp crowns. I had a break so likely the trauma caused would have resulted in a root canal but I don't feel like they were conservative in their approach with me and my tooth was filed down to nearly nothing. Another dentist mentioned this could have caused the delayed healing and extended need for time to reduce inflammation. I have days even still that the tooth does not feel right. It's been about a year. That isn't a good feeling with having spent thousands on ONE tooth. This was my first crown and I have good teeth and hope to never have to be back in anyone's office for another but I have thankfully found a good dentist that I don't have to question. read more

My hygienist was super fantastic and spent an hour cleaning my teeth thoroughly and explained what she saw and gave tips on how to keep my teeth clean. Best dentist ever. I'm a 37 year old man that has an unnatural fear of dentistry. Just something that stuck with me since childhood. But as with anything that gets neglected long enough, one of my molars fell apart. It was literally half the tooth and jagged. As the cold weather started to roll in, the air would hit the tooth and send shockwaves directly into my skull. Dr. Mueller and her staff were absolutely amazing. I did my best not to act like a 37 year old man-child but they all dealt with my long stalling-tactics: both stories and questions, as well as my pretty consistent nervous laughter. They were great at distracting me from the needles and kept things light and easy going. In a matter of minutes, my garbage tooth and I had parted ways and I swear... I hardly noticed. Side note of awesomeness: I'm an independent contractor... read: no insurance. Dr. Mueller and her staff were exceptionally kind to my teeth and my wallet. And while discussing costs and what's needed next, they were frank but not pushy and described fair time lines to get things in order. Just had my first visit with Dr Mueller and her staff and while I'm a total needle phob and am not all that fond of the dentist, my experience was far better than I had anticipated. Every person I dealt with was incredibly kind and very thoughtful. The overall feel of the office was welcoming and warm. This is the dentist we have been looking for! I have been twice with myself, husband and my 2 and 5 year old kids. They are so kind and helpful and are so great with my kids. We recently moved from FL so I had to start the hunt for a new dentist. I'd much rather go to the gynecologist than the dentist because of being "scared" by my childhood dentist so this was last on my list. I'm not gonna lie, the name got me so I made appointments and took the kids for their cleaning first (cuz I'm mean ). I was impressed with everything. The office is beautiful and clean. The staff are so friendly with huge smiles greeting you. They were so good with my kids I decided to make an appointment for myself. I was able to watch Netflix while getting my teeth cleaned (because that's important). Dr Mueller feels like she's been a friend for years. This was my first time to visit Gentle Creek Dental and I had a great experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor were friendly, helpful, and non judgmental. You know that dentist that you go to and they just get cranky about what you eat and why don't you floss 50 times per day and seem to look down on you because you want to enjoy a soda every now and then?
