No walls or doors, whereas they used to always put us in a room because I have multiples and they can get fidgety. She showed no urgency at all, and stopped to see other patients that were later arrivals than me and my kids. We were told at least 3 times that it would be 5-10 mins more, and it was not the case. I am saddened because this is the only dentist office my kids have seen, and up until a year ago it was amazing. Now, I do not recommend you coming here, if you value your time or customer service. My other child was charged for x-rays when my coverage states they were covered. Additional x-rays seemed to have been taken by the tech for no valid reason, nor was it mentioned at the time of the visit, and they are now passing the charges to me. The doctor herself is great, but someone within the practice is to blame for not accurately charging me and no one is taking ownership. I'll be taking my children elsewhere.
