We met with both doctors, almost the entire staff. Love love the entire staff. SECOND & SUBSEQUENT PHASES: Office visits. Over this two year time span, the entire staff has remained consistently courteous, and genuinely kind. The staff is also extremely talented and their required skill sets surpass your expectations. The quality of care they provide your child brings a parent, like me, great mental peace. ‼ After several visits they allow your teenager to go in alone, into a wide open area and after the visit they call in the parent to discuss the assessment, their findings along with next steps. ADDED BONUS: They also offer token chips to the children as merits for certain tasks; one being for your child to wear a shirt with their logo. I love that because 1) helps your child grow into responsibility & they become more aware and also, 2) mentally prepares them for the visit, setting their expectations while removing any mental anguis/anxiety they may have. For years at this practice that has never happened... it's because they didn't accept my insurance anymore and didn't verbally tell me that. This is such a dishonest way of conducting business. They could have told me before my appointment that they didn't accept my insurance anymore... But they didn't. Unfortunately, their billing is not honest and didn't tell me that they are not in network for me... I should have walked out, but trusted them and I had to pay hundreds of dollars. I do really like the doctor and the other staff... But my honest review is that these people are not honest, and they do not care. I have recommended people to go there for years and been happy with them. So I am so disappointed that now my review has to be so negative. My recommendation is to call your insurance before walking into their office and confirm coverage... the billing lady will not tell you honestly if you were covered.

I decided to get another opinion. Across a lot of social media groups is how I came upon Dr. Hadavand. A lot of glowing reviews. I come to find out later that my boss's son also sees Dr. Hadavand. Our initial consultation was very detailed with pictures and scans of his teeth. Dr. Hadavand suggested an expander to make space for incoming adult teeth and correct the cross-bite. Every thing was explained in detail and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision right there. I have no complaints about Dr. Hadavand and his staff. It was easy to make appointments and we never had to wait long. My son got his expander in July and 4 months later his cross-bite is no longer there.
