I've overheard dental hygienist conversations guiding patients on things like hydration and electrolytes, preventing teeth discoloration, and even thoughtful education destigmatizing cold sores with younger patients. It feels like a healthcare environment, not just a transactional appointment. And most importantly -- the work itself is exceptional. After two years as a patient, I finally replaced a yellowed and chipped front tooth filling I had avoided for years (um, decades?) because I didn't trust anyone to not make it worse. It took MONTHS to not have pain daily after repeat adjustments and multiple temp crowns. I had a break so likely the trauma caused would have resulted in a root canal but I don't feel like they were conservative in their approach with me and my tooth was filed down to nearly nothing. Another dentist mentioned this could have caused the delayed healing and extended need for time to reduce inflammation. I have days even still that the tooth does not feel right. It's been about a year. That isn't a good feeling with having spent thousands on ONE tooth. This was my first crown and I have good teeth and hope to never have to be back in anyone's office for another but I have thankfully found a good dentist that I don't have to question.

They only needed a regular cleaning that would be covered with our insurance. My daughter texted me from the chair sharing that she felt uncomfortable when they insisted and wouldn't leave her alone so she left with no cleaning. They charged her $100 without her knowledge even though she told them she didn't want it. Husband was charged $300 for antibiotic to a tooth that he told them he was pulling out in a week at Dental Surgery. They didn't listen and still went ahead with it then $200 for a special cleaning they insisted. My other daughter was treated the same and charged $100. I chose another dentist after hearing this and was only charged $15 for my copay to do a cleaning and exam and received much better treatment. We have not received refunds back to our credit cards although we called over a handful of times. Read below and you'll see that other patients experience. I would not recommend this dentistry to anyone, there are many others that are honest and trustworthy.

I was given an estimate for treatment, and although I wasn't able to do everything at once, I never felt pressured or judged. They treated me with so much kindness and respect. During my procedure, Dr. Do was extremely attentive and patient with me, which meant more than I can say. I actually drive quite a long way to get to this office, and it is worth every mile. One of the best compliments came from a staff member. After I commented on how kind the doctor was, she said, "He treats us just as well as he treats his patients. That's just who he is." Place seems very scammy - they take an ai wand and scan your teeth, they miraculously found 7 small cavities (Doctor did not confirm, they just push a dental plan to you) Doctor also says I need Invisalign, have never heard this one in my 40 years) also seemed salesy as when I said "I've never been told that once" he gave me some rehearsed lines of the "3 Pilar's of dentistry" and didn't really answer my question and then rushed out. So impersonal. They also then sent me a 400 dollar bill for ex rays. I have never once paid a dime for ex rays. I think not, won't be back.
