I never have to wait more than a few minutes after I check in to be taken back for my appointment / treatment to begin (the clinic is usually packed with patients & yet my appointment is not delayed). All the staff members treat me with superb courtesy and respect. The clinic's friendly upbeat atmosphere is infectious. I'm also very pleased with the professionalism of Dr. Corbridge and staff members as he & they take time to explain what is happening and answer any questions I have. My daughter has been extremely eager and excited about getting braces since she was 9 when she…read morerealized her teeth were coming in very crooked. I knew exactly where we would go after her dad got braces at Corbridge Orthodontics and had the best experience-it was Corbridge all the way! The people that work here truly feel like a family. They are so welcoming and know their patients, celebrate them, and care about them each visit. Giana just received her braces about a month ago and they were so accommodating to fit us in as soon as possible. Her first consult was so very helpful and informative about the process as a parent. To say there is one person who stands out in this office would be false. Each member of this team from the desk, to the x rays, to the chair, all contribute to making this place the very best to go. My son will be coming here as soon as he can!

I did get a second opinion, and for the same treatment, it was $1300 more at the other orthodontist I went to. I'll reserve their name for this review. My son comes here and he's been pleased with the treatment and his interactions with Dr. Gupta. My son said she had a better bedside manner with dealing compared to the other orthodontist we went with his interactions were more stern and high-level level. Hard-to-understand words about the treatment were used in the explanation to my son. Dr. Gupta, he noted, on the other hand, explained his treatment softly, and he understood what she was saying because she didn't use technical descriptions of the tooth and the process that would be involved. The staff has excellent customer service. They even returned voicemails and missed calls. Just note they do operate out of two locations be mindful of that when heading to your appointments. I do like that the most flexible hours in the area are for orthodontists, and they're open late and on some Saturdays, so your child won't have to miss school or a parent won't have to miss a whole day of work. They're also very timely and you will get in and out timely. I'm looking forward to my son's orthodontist journey with Dr. Gupta and her staff.
