There are several iPad stations loaded with games to keep restless children busy while you wait(as a momma of 5, this is a godsend). Not that we had to wait long at all because the staff would call us back within 5 minutes of arriving- also a godsend if you have kids, ha. We met with both doctors, almost the entire staff. Love love the entire staff. SECOND & SUBSEQUENT PHASES: Office visits. Over this two year time span, the entire staff has remained consistently courteous, and genuinely kind. The staff is also extremely talented and their required skill sets surpass your expectations. The quality of care they provide your child brings a parent, like me, great mental peace. ‼ After several visits they allow your teenager to go in alone, into a wide open area and after the visit they call in the parent to discuss the assessment, their findings along with next steps. ADDED BONUS: They also offer token chips to the children as merits for certain tasks; one being for your child to wear a shirt with their logo. Unfortunately, their billing is not honest and didn't tell me that they are not in network for me... I should have walked out, but trusted them and I had to pay hundreds of dollars. I do really like the doctor and the other staff... But my honest review is that these people are not honest, and they do not care.
