I'm also very pleased with the professionalism of Dr. Corbridge and staff members as he & they take time to explain what is happening and answer any questions I have. I knew exactly where we would go after her dad got braces at Corbridge Orthodontics and had the best experience-it was Corbridge all the way! The people that work here truly feel like a family. They are so welcoming and know their patients, celebrate them, and care about them each visit. Giana just received her braces about a month ago and they were so accommodating to fit us in as soon as possible. Her first consult was so very helpful and informative about the process as a parent. To say there is one person who stands out in this office would be false. Each member of this team from the desk, to the x rays, to the chair, all contribute to making this place the very best to go. My son will be coming here as soon as he can!

While you are sitting in the dental chair, the Business Manager brings a estimated cost of dental procedures to choose from. When I asked about why some of the procedures were not covered, she was rude and said "because I met my cap for insurance." This was fine but I felt pressured to pay for the upcoming procedure in full BEFORE they would schedule it. When I needed to cancel I called and the front desk staff explained that I was within my window to cancel and the Business Manager would refund my initial cost. She did not. After multiple calls, I was finally refunded. I would NOT recommend this Dental office.

Where do I begin. 9 years ago, after doing research we walked through the doors of Benham Ortho…read more Now, that location has changed but everything else has remained the same. My husband was 25 at the time, and I've been with my husband since we were 15. He hated smiling. He was very insecure. His dream was to have his teeth straightened to where he could smile again. He picked careers that didn't need much interaction with people. While going through treatment, we were always treated like family. I remember coming with my husband to appointments and wishing I worked here. Dr. Benham and his team were always there. Even if a bracket popped off he had an assistant that was willing to meet him at the other location on his lunch break just to help out. They changed my husbands life. Fixing his teeth gave him the confidence to quit his job and apply and change job careers. I saw my husband making friends and even WANTED to take photos with me. Dr Benham changed my husbands life. We moved out of state for a while and I never stopped thinking of this office. In fact, I was given a chance to work at a start up orthodontics practice. I fell in love with ortho because of Dr. Benham and his team and what they did for my husband. I am still blessed to work at my job but I work remotely now and are back in Texas. We have a 7 year old son that we recently brought back to Benham Ortho. It was so crazy to be back in this office and see some familiar faces.. it was like being back with family. I love that they are going to be there every step of the way for our son Julian. He has had some traumatic dental experience and although they were very busy.. Dr. Benham noticed how scared and nervous Julian was. He stayed in the consult just to calm Julian down and explain to him everything and how things work and how they promise they will take good care of him. Working in ortho, I know how busy the clinic can get and how it can get backed up. Not once did his team seemed stressed or behind and I'm thankful they took the time with us. We look forward to coming back next week and getting an appliance put in for my son. Thank you for welcoming us back with open arms and for changing my husbands life. I am forever grateful to you all. Photos are the first day in braces and then 6 months into treatment with extractions. Other photo is 1 year into braces. Other photos are showing how happy he is to smile!!

Can't believe I'm about to say this: I LOVE MY NEW DENTIST! Crazy, right? No one loves the dentist!…read more Truth is- you gotta suck it up buttercup and practice good hygiene and that includes regular cleanings and checkups at the dentist! We moved to a new area and we are still establishing new doctors, etc. As always, I turned to my trusted yelp community for a new dentist. Let me save you some time- I read all the reviews for most of the dentists in the Frisco/Plano area. Most have such mixed reviews that I was getting frustrated in my search. I decided to give Dr. Ighani at Frisco Smiles a try because their reviews were much better than others. Well, the search is over! She's the best dentist I've ever had in my life! Who says that about a dentist, right? I've never had any doctor spend as much time with me as she did. I never felt rushed and I've been there twice now. She is thorough, compassionate and she listened! She explained WHY things were important, she didn't shove extras at me and we even discussed my budget (cause God knows dental care ain't cheap!). Honestly, I'm a big anxious chicken at the dentist and she made sure to accommodate my needs and fears and put me at ease. I actually felt comfortable. I've never had such a positive experience at a dentist. Dr Ighani is a gem! Her staff is very friendly and they remembered me. Glad I found this place! Thanks yelpers!

We met with both doctors, almost the entire staff. Love love the entire staff. SECOND & SUBSEQUENT PHASES: Office visits. Over this two year time span, the entire staff has remained consistently courteous, and genuinely kind. The staff is also extremely talented and their required skill sets surpass your expectations. The quality of care they provide your child brings a parent, like me, great mental peace. ‼ After several visits they allow your teenager to go in alone, into a wide open area and after the visit they call in the parent to discuss the assessment, their findings along with next steps. ADDED BONUS: They also offer token chips to the children as merits for certain tasks; one being for your child to wear a shirt with their logo. I love that because 1) helps your child grow into responsibility & they become more aware and also, 2) mentally prepares them for the visit, setting their expectations while removing any mental anguis/anxiety they may have. Definitely a win win. Should you determine your child needs braces, this married couple's office is definitely an orthodontist your child deserves.
