On top of that, the front desk customer service was very poor. The staff treated me with disrespect and spoke to me in a rude manner when I simply asked about the doctor's arrival time. Patients should be treated with professionalism and respect, not like they are receiving free treatment. Overall, between the poor customer service and the lack of direct care from the dentist, my experience was very negative.

Now he says she is infected and needs another surgery to get the infection out. It has been a few years now and my baby still has lump in her cheek, says she doesn't feel right in her cheek and is permanently puffy on that side of her face.
