On top of that, the front desk customer service was very poor. The staff treated me with disrespect and spoke to me in a rude manner when I simply asked about the doctor's arrival time. Patients should be treated with professionalism and respect, not like they are receiving free treatment. Overall, between the poor customer service and the lack of direct care from the dentist, my experience was very negative.

Only pain I had was the injections for the novocain which there is no evading. Approx 2 1/2 hours in the chair. Zero pain through everything. Little discomfort later in the day but very tolerable. I left my house well in advance, but encountered unexpected traffic on DNT. I called the office in advance to confirm if I needed to reschedule as I anticipated that I would be 10-15 mins late. When I spoke with the receptionist, she advised that I could maintain my appt. as long as I arrived within the allotted grace period. Upon arrival, I was given BS rationale as to why they were unable to provide services, some of which could have been communicated when I initially spoke to the receptionist advising that I would be late, but within the grace period. Terrible communication from the staff and terrible customer service from the provider who advised that they had limited staff at the time of the appointment. If staff will be limited, it doesn't make sense to accept appointments after a certain time. With the current cost of gas as well as tolls, this was a complete waste of my time and money. I felt as if the dentist didn't offer any sort of solution and didn't show any empathy for the inconvenience caused.
