Drs. Ghosh and Lofren are simply the best. Pricing was very fair, and we have had a wonderful 3 year experience with them for both of my kids (we relocated to the area from out of state so we chose them to pick up in Texas where we left off with the kids' orthodontic treatment from another state). My son had been in expanders and retainers for 4 years prior to arriving at Creekview, and my daughter was in retainers for 2 years prior. We were already well versed in the world of orthodontics by the time we walked in to Creekview. Upon our fist consultation, I was pleased to discover that they are straight-to-the-point. They don't have the unnecessary bells and whistles like certain other orthodontists we scoped out have (and who wanted to charge literally DOUBLE what Creekview charged) such as computer generated consultation diagrams and cookies in the waiting room. And unlike our previous orthodontist office, we NEVER had to wait in the waiting room longer than ten minutes, and EVERY PROCEDURE, EVERY TIME throughout treatment was explained to not only the parent but also the child. The staff is a gentle and happy bunch, and Drs. Ghosh and Lofgren are encouraging, kind, and skilled at their craft. It is obvious that they care deeply for their patients. We will miss our visits to the office but will be forever reminded of their expertise when we look at our kids' beautiful and straight teeth. Lovely office, fantastic orthodontists. I'm an adult and I needed braces. In fact, I'm a lot closer to retirement than I am to my first job out of college. My age gave me considerable pause about getting braces. I am so glad that I did get braces and I'm very glad that I used Creekview Orthodontics. The results are stellar. For me, the process was very important. I always felt welcome. I never felt out of place, which is a major accomplishment. I was always treated with respect, but my observations were that all patients were treated with respect. Dr. Gosh gave me as much time as I needed. I never felt that my time was cut short so he could rush off to another patient. The entire team (and I mean everyone) was great. They were always friendly and welcoming. All questions were readily answered. I was always completely informed when I left my appointment. Speaking of appointments, there was not a single time when they were late to get started. I also was able to get my desired appointment time the majority of the time. As a Corporate Manager of a Locksmith company I find this business to be of the utmost unprofessional. Today, I had my technician go to the business next door as the owner needed our services, as my employee showed up to the location and was assisting in the matter, An employee (the only employee to come out at this time) of this establishment came out to publicly harass my employee. My employee was simply their to do his job and help the business owner enter in his business and this woman came out of this office between 3:30pm-4:00pm and was very rude and harassing. She proceeded to label and assume my employee was "breaking and entering" while the business owner was right beside my employee assisting in his service request. This was an illegitimate and prejudice encounter to my employee, who felt scrutinized due to the color of his skin (African-American) and emotionally stressed with the encounter. I would like to speak with corporate regarding this issue at hand as this is totally unacceptable and by far an experience no person whether whatever race should have to deal with. read more

The ENTIRE office is the best! I have 3 kids in various stages of braces and at every appointment, they don't feel stressed and are encouraged and want to do what they doctors tell them. My oldest just got her braces off and we both cried! Her teeth are beautiful!!!! It's amazing to me just how the process works - we started out with various steps late in elementary and through middle school. The reward is so worth it. We see Dr. Ghosh and Dr. Lofgren and they are both professional and upbeat. The dental assistants are great too! I like how smoothly the office runs, we usually never wait long for our appointment at all. They have the system down. My daughter has been going to this orthodontist since she was in 3rd grade. She had a thumb sucking problem. They put a device in her mouth for a year and the habit was no more. Now my daughter is a 7th grader. She got her braces on and the staff was so awesome. They were very caring and even though they have a lot of patients we felt like they knew us personally. The day she got her braces off she felt like royalty. They rolled out the red carpet. They gave her a gift and then had all the kids sit in the middle of the room. I came to Creekview Orthodontics 4 years ago not realizing the crazy, yet life changing journey I was about to experience. My teeth were super slow and were, in a sense a bit problematic...especially my molars in the upper set. However, Dr. Ghosh & Lofgren were extremely patient and assured my family & I that it'd all work out in the end, although it might take a while. They were super kind and personal with all their patients. The assistants were so flexible & gentle too, especially when it came to emergencies with brackets being broken or the wire snapping. Going to Creekview Orthodontics is the best experience you can hope for when going to any doctor's office. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. We never waited very long for any appointment. This orthodontist office is very efficient, which is important when you visit them quite often and take your kids out of school for appointments. The BEST family decision I made for my daughter's orthodontic needs. The office is so friendly, attentive, clean, timely, precise and FUN. Yes, FUN!! They are so joyful, make the kids feel welcome, have fun events, involved in the community events and the BEST part was when the braces came off...the whole office staff sang a "goodbye" song to the kids. These guys are great. Everyone is very nice and easy going. Both Dr. Ghosh and Dr. Lofgren are so patient, which put my daughter at ease throughout the whole process. Her teeth look fantastic. I've been going to Creekview Orthodontics for about 2 years. I just got my braces off today and my teeth look fantastic.
