While we understand that every dentist has their own philosophy of care, we often left feeling pressured rather than informed. Instead of discussing options and helping us understand whether treatment was truly needed, it felt like there was a push to add more services. For our family, trust and transparency are the most important qualities in a dental provider. We value a conservative approach and want to feel confident that treatment recommendations are based solely on our needs, not on offering more procedures. They're amazing with kids and their service is definitively one of the best I've experienced. In my short experience with kids, they tend to be anxious when visiting dental offices. They do a great job keeping the kids either engaged with their bedside manner or focused elsewhere with some sort of kid's programming while they're in the chair. They did a great job answering any questions we had and actually took the time to explain and give estimates on when new teeth would be coming in or what they saw in x-rays. I was so glad that the team here took the time to go over details in x-rays and at no time did it feel like we were being rushed or inconveniencing them with questions. The facilities were very clean and bright/welcoming. Kids obviously enjoyed the coin they received at the end for the toy vending machines they had in the office. There are TVs in the rooms and waiting areas. The doctor and staff are great with kids as well as adult patients. The front desk staff thoroughly explains the treatment and what insurance will pay. They have a doctor that comes in and does extractions, including wisdom teeth. They also share office space with an orthodontist. It's great having such easy access to specialists. Too many dentists these days try to do it all and it's great to see someone who doesn't. The text reminders are great as well, although I say that as someone who rarely actually answers her phone when it rings!
