I saw my son balling up his fist due to being in pain and questioned the reasoning for no numbing agent to which the Dr. Jackson then stopped and placed the numbing agent on my son since I seemed to be bothered by her not using it. She literally started drilling in his mouth. Then Dr. Jackson kept leaving the room for long periods of time. She changed her gloves a total of 4 times.This procedure should not have taken an hour. Now my son is complaining of pain and I have to take him to see another dentist to review the work that she did. There are TVs in the rooms and waiting areas. The doctor and staff are great with kids as well as adult patients. The front desk staff thoroughly explains the treatment and what insurance will pay. They have a doctor that comes in and does extractions, including wisdom teeth. They also share office space with an orthodontist. It's great having such easy access to specialists. Too many dentists these days try to do it all and it's great to see someone who doesn't. The text reminders are great as well, although I say that as someone who rarely actually answers her phone when it rings!
