I love this place! My oldest has been a patient since she was little and they were in their old smaller location. Now I take my teenager and the toddler to clean their teeth almost every three months. To summarize: Staff 5/5 Parking/location 5/5 Hygienists 5/5 Doctors 5/5 Office 5/5 I want to give a shoutout to Mel. Yesterday she was super extra amazing with my little one (who last time she went she screamed the whole time). Yesterday Mel made her feel so comfortable that she actually did amazing and no tears at all. Thank you Mel for going above and beyond with my girls especially with my little one. It meant a lot! This place is always full yet they manage it so well everyone seems to go in and out. The waiting area has a cool fish tank and a room with glowing block for the kids. They have coffee and drinks for the adults. Inside it's divided for the older kids and a small area for the little ones (like mine) with more toys. Then at the end all the kids get to choose a treat from a wall filled with different options of cool toys. Again if you have little ones and you are in the area this is the place to go!! read more

Absolutely the best kids dentist ever! Our kids have been seeing Dr. Brister since our oldest was old enough to see a dentist, I think since he was 2 or 3. Fast forward 11+ years, and we're still super happy with Dr. Brister and his entire office of dedicated professionals. Our four kids actually look forward to seeing their dentist - twice a year, like clockwork. read more

I can not give Texas Pediatric Dentistry enough praise for their entire staff. My daughter used to hate the dentist because of a previous office experience (not with Texas Pediatric Dentistry) and now she loves going! Everyone is so good with children and they do not do more than what is truly needed. I am comfortable letting my daughter go back without being in the room because I know she is in good hands no matter who she is with. We have not had a single problem or encountered anyone we don't love working with here! Would recommend them 100x over and over again! read more

I am very impressed by everyone at this office. From the time we walked in, until we left, everyone was very kind, caring and helpful. They explained everything as they were doing it, so my child felt very comfortable. read more

All four of my children( in which two are teens and two are under 4 years old) recently had their checkups and cleanings done, they all had a fantastic time at the dentist. The staff are all very warm, friendly and down to earth. One of my little ones had a cavity, so she had to have it filled. There were no tears, no screaming, just excitement and joy because of the toy she got to pick out when she was done with the filling. read more

Excellent care provided to our 3 year old. We've finally found our go-to pediatric dentist!

We took my 19 month old in for his first cleaning as recommended by our pediatrician before age 2. I hadn't added him to my insurance yet because I didn't realize I would be taking him so early. They charged $185 for his first visit which was a peek inside his mouth and a fluoride application. The appt was very quick as a 19 month old doesn't allow them to do much. I was quite shocked at the price and was told this is the cash price for ages 1-3. After calling around a few other highly rated places I paid about double what I should have. Lesson learned, I should have asked the cost before hand and made sure I wasn't going to the most expensive place for such a simple service. I know once we add him to insurance cleanings will be covered, but I will likely switch dentists because now I am concerned about their fees for anything not covered by insurance in the future. The office is very nice and everyone was very friendly so other than that it was a great experience. My toddler loved the fish tank in the waiting room. He also had a lip and tongue tie revision done here when he was 2 weeks old and it had be to redone because it reattached, but I heard that can happen with the laser revisions so we understood. They were highly recommended by our lactation consultant for this and they were great at walking us through that experience with a newborn. read more

This place was AMAZING with my 2 year old. They are so good with kids and the office was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!

I was extremely impressed with this group. The receptionist who answered and helped make my appointment was super friendly and I had no problem getting my two kids in within that week! My daughter is 11 and my son is 3. The whole building was very clean, comfortable and had a lot of really neat amenities geared towards kids! In the waiting room is a fun dark room with a giant lite-brite, fish tank and other activities. Of course there's also plenty of seating, magazines and beverage stand for the parents. We were taken back quickly. One dentist started on my daughters cleaning and my son and I went to another room for toddlers where the checked out his teeth at the same time. The nurse and dentist were so sweet and really helped my son to understand what was happening and even let him check out their fancy tools. He honestly had a blast! Both kiddos were finished up before we knew it. If you're looking for a really great Pediatric Dentist, this is it! I'm so glad we found these guys and both my kids are looking forward to their next dental appointment. :) read more

I am very pleased with this dentistry and have been three times for my three kids. They have always been friendly, professional, clean, and made my children feel very welcome and comfortable. This is one of the easiest 5 stars I've ever awarded. Been coming here for 2 years now, 2x per year. My experience has been consistently perfect. The staff is so nice and friendly. They do a great job. Everyone is always smiling, like they actually love their job. They are cheaper than the previous pediatric dentist office we went to. Also, in the waiting room there's this cool wall 'light-bright' thing that Dr. Tim built. ... Yeah! He freaking built it! Cool right?! We see Dr. Tim. He's always nice, and you can just tell that he truly has a passion for working with kids. So blessed we found this place. My kid loves going to the dentist where before we came here, she was scared. read more

Our girl always love visiting the dentist!! Becky the hygienist was wonderful!! The whole office is friendly!!!

When we walked in, the receptionist greeted us and leaned over to talk to my three year old. It was inviting for him. The dental assistant came and got us, she specially bent down to talk to him at eye level. This made him comfortable for his first visit. They had us go to a designated area for the younger children. They were friendly and spoke to my toddler with energy and enthusiasm. This makes him relaxed and he did great. Then came the prize selection. Wow. They didn't disappoint. We will be long time patients. read more

My son had a lip and tongue tie corrective procedure here. My dealings with Teri was wonderful. She really made the experience less stressful for all of us. However, I wish we had received more information about the procedure beforehand. read more

My five year old got a filling for one tooth in this office and her half mouth was swelling and with bruise inside out since then. We brought her back for check but was told it was because my daughter bite her mouth. This is a obvious infection due to lack good cleaning during the surgery but blame a little one and telling us it common is how they react. The doctors can handle a basic cleaning but not real dental work. This is a PEDIATRIC dental office which means they should have the skill and experience to work with kids. They are paid to handle COMMON kids behaviors instead of creating and covering problem when a dental work is needed. Not recommend this to any parents. Look beyond their fancy office and service smiles. Ultimately its the SKILL and ATTITUDE count for our little ones. read more

Son has been going to Dr Tim and staff for 14 years... they are the best! Very prompt and on time with appointments.

We've been coming here for several years, at old location and current. I have absolutely no complaints! The staff is friendly, kind and patient and our kiddos look forward to coming. Dr. Tim is thorough, thoughtful and does not try to push services. He gives great explanations of what actions should be taken and makes the kids feel comfortable. Calls, texts and emails can be set up to give appointment reminders which is helpful for us as well. read more

We have been coming to this office for the past 10 years and love it. My kids look forward to coming and never complain. The staff always takes great care of our family and is amazing at scheduling all four of my kids at the same time for a one stop! We have never felt rushed or pressured to do anything we weren't comfortable with regarding our kids dental care here! read more

For starters, they tried to upsell me on absolutely every little thing, there are car salesmen with more tact and they will tell you that your child needs to be put under for everything. They're pediatric dentists, they should be okay with teary eyes. I told them to tell my child clearly what they were going to do, instead they either used cutesie language or told her nothing at all which made her anxious straight out of the gate. Perspective: she was awake for a root canal and didn't cry because the doctor kept her informed the whole time. After that things really went downhill and out of control but no one reads reviews as long as the one my experience would take and this is already long. Just save yourself and your child the traumatic experience, go somewhere else. read more
