We emailed them to discuss the problems and they simply ignored us. They also claimed to have fixed my son's molar issue but it had to be redone by another in-network provider. We took all the precautions they said and my son still vomited. They never told us he should not have dairy the night before. They give little toys to your child though, if you are willing to pay thousands of dollars for a rubber toy worth a few bucks!

The place is very bright, happy and fun and very clean. I think my favorite part was when I asked for tips on brushing my 15 month old's teeth, Dr. Lisi re-enacted how she would brush her children's teeth when they were young, and it was a hoot... but it was SO helpful! I have been brushing the baby's teeth using her technique of laying her in the floor, complete with the kiss on the head when "all done." I never thought going to the dentist could actually be fun. But Doctor Lisi and Doctor Alina truly care about the little patients and their families.

Well the swelling started to get worse and I started to get worried so I searched for a emergency pediatric dentist. I was able to find Dr.Lisi and called her emergency line, she answered immediately and asked me a series of questions and evaluated the dose and treatment plan of the family dentist. She was very helpful and had me call her later in the day to check in and was texting me as well. Planning on taking my son tomorrow to have her extract the tooth. Will update review!
