We took all the precautions they said and my son still vomited. They never told us he should not have dairy the night before. They give little toys to your child though, if you are willing to pay thousands of dollars for a rubber toy worth a few bucks!

The place is very bright, happy and fun and very clean. I think my favorite part was when I asked for tips on brushing my 15 month old's teeth, Dr. Lisi re-enacted how she would brush her children's teeth when they were young, and it was a hoot... but it was SO helpful! I have been brushing the baby's teeth using her technique of laying her in the floor, complete with the kiss on the head when "all done." I never thought going to the dentist could actually be fun. But Doctor Lisi and Doctor Alina truly care about the little patients and their families.

Well the swelling started to get worse and I started to get worried so I searched for a emergency pediatric dentist. These dentist just want money and will lie to you because of course you don't know any better and they know you can't read x-rays! If you go here, get a second opinion, it may save you thousands of dollars. They also never called my kid by the name he goes by, poor child was so scared he kept biting his nails. They did nothing to make him or me feel relaxed and comfortable.

I'm big on customer service -- especially in medical settings -- and you can truly feel when people enjoy what they do versus just doing a job. That energy matters. Dr. Ramirez is incredibly informative and educational. She takes the time to explain things and really helped me understand how to better care for my teeth. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and was very detailed throughout the appointment. You can tell she knows exactly what she's talking about and genuinely cares about her patients.
