Smile On is nearby and the reviews I found online were quite glowing so I figured I'd give them a try. I had just recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist closer to where I live since my previous one is about a 40 minute drive away now. First off the place is super new and modern. Think newly opened Apple store modern. They have all the latest technology. As other reviewers have noted the staff and Dr. On are amazing. Robin at the front desk was fantastic sorting out the scheduling, explaining the insurance coverage being her funny and congenial self while doing it. They really make you feel like you're an old friend when you walk in here. Dr. On is just the best in my experience and I am pushing 70 so I've been to more than a few in my time. Dr. On is professional and very thorough when she needs to be and hilarious the rest of the time. She has a great personality and quite fun to be around. The staff is awesome. My procedure was pain free. They took great care of me. I will be back soon. Give them a try and thank me later.

When I needed to cancel I called and the front desk staff explained that I was within my window to cancel and the Business Manager would refund my initial cost. She did not. After multiple calls, I was finally refunded. I would NOT recommend this Dental office.

Now, almost 10 years later I returned since I had not been wearing my night time retainers and felt as though my teeth had shifted. They took me back as a patient no questions asked and I've been using clear retainers to shift my teeth back into their perfectly straight alignment (they were already pretty straight but I'm kind of type A so that's why I went back) a few months later and my teeth are beautiful and straight again! I will always wear my night time retainer and I regretted not wearing it as a young teen.
