I had a break so likely the trauma caused would have resulted in a root canal but I don't feel like they were conservative in their approach with me and my tooth was filed down to nearly nothing. Another dentist mentioned this could have caused the delayed healing and extended need for time to reduce inflammation. I have days even still that the tooth does not feel right. It's been about a year. That isn't a good feeling with having spent thousands on ONE tooth. This was my first crown and I have good teeth and hope to never have to be back in anyone's office for another but I have thankfully found a good dentist that I don't have to question.

When I called to inform them I was scolded and threaten by the dentists wife/receptionist that with a cancelation fee, even though I was capable of making my first scheduled appointment if the times were not moved. Also! Payment is collected before you make eye contact with the dentist (even if you live local and can run and get a form of payment in less than 5 minutes, they will refuse to see you) so be sure to be prepared to pay them upfront or else they'll collect a down payment on the next appointment before you leave. Something that is again consistent to this practice value of your money over you well-being and health. I don't know, everyone has a different code of ethics and moral compass and this practices obviously does not align with mine. I chose another dentist after hearing this and was only charged $15 for my copay to do a cleaning and exam and received much better treatment.
