I had a terrible experience at Dentistry at Saddle Creek. My appointment lasted over three hours, and I was charged $397 for a filling and two Curodont treatments that another dentist confirmed were COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY.
My perfectly healthy tooth was drilled into, which never should have happened. The dentist diagnosed three "areas of concern" from an AI filter on the X-ray, but her exam was very brief and she didn't thoroughly probe the areas before deciding. I felt pressured and vulnerable, trusting a dentist who ultimately wasn't honest with me.
My husband was seen right after me and told he had FOUR CAVITIES. He wisely didn't move forward with treatment, and a second opinion confirmed that neither of us had any cavities or needed any treatment at all.
When I emailed the office, they took four days to respond, and the phone call that followed was defensive, strong-grounded, and completely unaccommodating. The representative showed no empathy, wouldn't budge, and said their legal team reviewed it and that because I signed a consent form, they would not issue a refund. When I asked for the supervisor's last name, since I wasn't getting anywhere with her, she said she couldn't provide it or her own last name -- which I found very odd and unprofessional.
