I needed to leave for another appointment in 45 minutes. After sitting there listening to the dentist tend to another patient literally only a few feet away; I let the lady know I need to leave soon. She got the dentist; after basically telling me it all needs to be renewed; the hygienist was going to put my crown back on with cement. Dentist told her to clean out old cement before trying to put back in. She didn't; and eventually had to get dentist again. Again, told her to clean out old cement. Okay; she tried to do this (drilled for a while; still didn't fit) but by this time (1.45 minutes) I needed to leave and I couldn't wait . Dentist seemed knowledgeable but that assistant did not seem to know how to do this; made me very nervous. Front office was nice but said I'd get treatment plan yesterday and I'm still waiting today. Really wish they would have just said " I will not have this done till x date vs saying yesterday and then didn't do it. I've called and sent email and still waiting. I just want people to keep their word; that's all - real simple. Keep your commitment to your customers.

I have never in my life felt so secure sitting in the chair and having this work done. I have always had extreme anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, not here! From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. Dr Mark looked out for my best interest knowing I could not take epinephrine due to my heart. During the entire procedure he checks with you and explains what is going on and assures you aren't in any pain. He called tonight to check in on me to be sure I was feeling alright and said if I had any questions or concerns to reach out to the office anytime. I wish he did regular dentist work as I would go back in a heart beat! At least I know if I need anything done that my regular dentist cannot do, I will be sure to go back to Dr Mark. The lady Xan I believe her name is said they accepted the insurance no problem. When we went there for the consultation they said they can do the surgery same day so I thought wow this is great. She told me the copay was $600 (I thought that was a little steep but paid the copay right then and there). My nephew got his teeth out. Then a few weeks later she text me saying I owe another $1700 because the insurance wasn't accepted if that was the case I would have never gone there in the first place I would have gone somewhere the insurance is actually accepted. She then very unprofessionally text me saying I owed the money I explained the whole insurance thing she then told me that they are struggling due to COVID and I would have to pay. I told her I would have never gone there if I knew the insurance wasn't going to pay them. I called the insurance company they said it was because the doctor put it under speciality surgery which was not the case. Paying over $2300 for teeth to be taken out of a child's mouth is ridiculous. They had no compassion for anything all they care about is money. Take your business elsewhere and go with a dentist that actually isn't a money scam. The lady in the front office who handles everything is so rude. I asked her to have the dentist call me to discuss this matter I never got a call back.
