I waited 15 years to replace a front tooth crown. Ryan Dental group was recommended by my orthodontist and I was so happy with the recommendation! Dr. Ryan was very friendly and explained everything that would need to be done. I had a lot of anxiety with the crown replacement and the staff was very kind and supportive helping me with my anxiety. I could not be happier with the results. Before I would never smile showing my teeth, now I am very proud and I smile showing all of my teeth! I wish I had not waited so long. Taking off the old crown of was painless and fast, they were able to use a digital impressions scanner which was great! Actual service was fine but I informed the office that I only wanted services for any cleaning to be done that was 100% covered with my insurance. They ended up providing a service that was not covered when I went in for my 6 month cleaning and refused to not charge me. Will not return to an establishment that does something I asked them not to do. read more

I took my elderly mother here and was very shocked at how rude the office staff is. Angela would not even smile and seemed annoyed at our very presence. We were new and had to see a new dentist there, Dr Figge, she was so busy chatting about her weekend with the young dental assistant and teaching her stuff that I wasn't even sure if she was working on my mother correctly. I have been going to Ryan Dental Group since 2014 and love my amazing Dentist! Dr. Laura Ryan is the BEST doctor in Dallas TX. She and her staff are extremely caring and knowledgeable professionals. They treat their patients like family and always have the best in interest for them. I trust this practice so much that I've started bringing my 4 yr old son here for cleaning. In the past, I've had my share of bad experiences with other practices. I'm so glad to finally have this place to go to. As many of you know, it is important to get your teeth examined and cleaned every six months or even sooner for some individuals. Our teeth are so important and it's essential we take good care of them while we can. I used to get cleanings every six months but will start going every 4 months now. This is due to my bottom fixed retainers since I decided to get braces few years ago which Dr. Ryan gave me a good Orthodontist referral for. Since May 2018, I've been braces free and I'm happy with the results so far. Linda, my hygienist is so amazing and makes my teeth look perfect after every cleaning. I recently went in for a cleaning and I'm scheduled to go back on Monday for some other dental work. I no longer dread dental appointments since I have the best experience with my Dentist! I hate dentists. Dr Mike Ryan is by far the best dentist. He's very professional and kind and spends a lot of time reviewing information with me. He's very descriptive and once sat with me for 40 min trying to find a solution to something for me. The office staff is quick and efficient. I've never sat in the waiting room more than 3 minutes. It's always quick and smooth. Since it's a review, I guess the "con" is that it's kinda boring in there. There's no TVs or decor, it's simple and I understand I'm not at the movie theatre. It's fine for me but I know some people it would bother to not have "atmosphere" as the dentists office is already stressful. . Nonetheless it doesn't affect my feeling of the service.
