The front desk staff greeted me warmly and professionally, immediately setting a positive tone. I was then brought back for my initial diagnosis by the dental assistant, Denise. She was incredibly thorough, friendly, and took the time to explain what she was doing throughout the process. One thing that really impressed me was how advanced the technology was. The imaging and diagnostic tools they used were clearly state-of-the-art, which made the evaluation process feel very precise and reassuring. At many medical offices, you can feel like just another number, rushed in, rushed out, and treated more like part of an assembly line than a patient. That was absolutely not the case here. Every member of the team was personable and genuinely focused on patient care. I never once felt hurried. Instead, the staff took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable along the way. After the initial x-rays and testing revealed the issue, Dr. Berto came chairside. His chairside manner was exceptional. He carefully walked me through the images, explained exactly what the tests revealed, and discussed the procedure in a way that was both clear and reassuring. Again, it didn't feel like I was just another patient moving through the system, he took the time to make sure I fully understood what was happening and what to expect. The procedure itself was completed in less than an hour, Dr. Berto kept checking in with me to ensure I was ok, and the entire team continued to be attentive, caring, and professional throughout. Afterward, the post-procedure instructions were explained clearly, and both Denise and Dr. Berto made sure I felt comfortable before leaving. I'll also add something that really surprised me: a day later I have zero pain from the procedure, and more importantly the original tooth pain that brought me in is completely gone. That may just be my personal experience, but it's definitely worth noting. Overall, the combination of high-end technology, exceptional professionalism, and genuinely personable staff made this one of the best dental experiences I've had. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment you walk in. I'm big on customer service -- especially in medical settings -- and you can truly feel when people enjoy what they do versus just doing a job. That energy matters. Dr. Ramirez is incredibly informative and educational. She takes the time to explain things and really helped me understand how to better care for my teeth. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and was very detailed throughout the appointment. You can tell she knows exactly what she's talking about and genuinely cares about her patients. I haven't met the other dentists yet, but after seeing Dr. Ramirez twice, I feel confident calling this my new dental home. And that says a lot -- because I'm not someone who loves going to the dentist! But they make you feel comfortable and at ease. I had my re-treatment procedure yesterday and it went very well. It was about an hour-long, they made sure I was completely numb before they started the procedure and they kept checking on me throughout the procedure. Now, I feel no sensitivity to cold liquids and foods. The office was clean, the staff was very kind and hospitable and I would recommend this office to anyone. My dentist referred me to 2 Endodontists, who also do implants. Both of them recommended an implant. Why do I need to lose my natural tooth and go for an implant with a huge cost? because they wanted to make more money with implants. I know the after-effects and side-effects of the implants, and I wanted to save my natural tooth. Finally, I found Park Endodontic, which does only root canals, no implants.  Dr. Tariq Alsmadi retreated my root canal, cleaned the infected area, and saved my tooth. Thank you, Park Endodontics and Dr. Alsmadi. If anybody needs to save the natural tooth and save money too, go to this place.  Please DO NOT implant until you try all other options to save the natural tooth.
