Talented and very knowledgeable Dr and staff. My 3 yr old daughter had a great cleaning and treatment experience. Also... Dr B does treatment based on what he thinks your child would benefit most from, not just what's easier for him to do. So glad we found the perfect dental home at SPD read more

We decided to switch to a different dentist after feeling increasingly uncomfortable with our experience once Dr. Mila joined the practice. We had been patients of the practice for years under the previous owner and always felt that recommendations were conservative, transparent, and centered on what was truly necessary. After Dr. Mila came on board, we noticed a significant change in the approach to our care. At multiple visits, there seemed to be a much stronger emphasis on recommending additional treatments and procedures that we didn't feel were necessary. While we understand that every dentist has their own philosophy of care, we often left feeling pressured rather than informed. Instead of discussing options and helping us understand whether treatment was truly needed, it felt like there was a push to add more services. For our family, trust and transparency are the most important qualities in a dental provider. We value a conservative approach and want to feel confident that treatment recommendations are based solely on our needs, not on offering more procedures. Because of this, we've decided to move our family to a new dentist who is a better fit for us. It's disappointing because we genuinely loved this practice for many years before the change, and we hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit it's intended. read more

So pleased with this practice! My daughter has terrible anxiety when it comes to dentists. From the office staff to the dentist, she was made to feel comfortable and safe. She got through a tooth extraction with just laughing gas...something we were considering full sedation for. Dr bhaumik had a clear understanding of what was happening to her teeth and used a risk based approach in treating her, minimizing cost and unnecessary trauma to my daughter. We will continue to go here even though they are out of network which says a lot! read more

My daughter's first checkup was an awesome experience for her. I was able to make a next day appointment and got the confirmation and forms by text ;that part was easy and smooth. Really friendly and professional staffs and Dr. This place is truly designed for kids and have absolute attention to give kids a good experience from a dentists visit. read more

My daughter had her buccal ties, posterior tongue tie, and upper lip tie all released when she was 4 weeks old. Dr.B was absolutely amazing. So sweet, down to earth and you can tell he really cares for his patients. He is very thorough with explaining the diagnosis and care plan, and knows exactly what he's doing. My daughter was in and out of the procedure all within 5 minutes. Dr. B is fast, yet precise and really knows his stuff. Her ties healed completely, and she is a new baby. Before, she struggled to eat, swallow, or even open her mouth. She constantly was in excruciating pain from all the gas in her tummy from swallowing air during feeds. Her oral ties gave her such a hard time getting a proper latch. She couldn't use her face! Now, she can eat so much, has zero gas issues, is smiling so big and even laughing. We want to thank Dr.B and his staff for this amazing experience. We truly felt 100% supported, loved and cared for. We will be telling all of our friends about this amazing place! read more

We LOVE Dr. B and SBP staff! Our daughter had some work done by Dr. B today and we were very impressed with him and his staff. He was very thorough and caring with our 5 year old. Even my daughter said he was good. read more

We just moved to the area and chose to go to Stonebrook Pediatric Dentistry because it was close to our house. Making appointments online was a breeze, there was basically no wait time at the appointment, and the business is COVID-19 friendly...still taking all necessary precautions. It's a very clean facility, the staff was so sweet and inviting, and the dental assistant and Dr.V are very knowledgeable. We have 3 kids and it was important for us to find a great pediatric dentist and we're so happy we chose this place!! read more

My daughter fell and knocked her front tooth out on a Saturday evening when most pediatric dentistry offices were closed for the day. I was in complete panic mode and scared that I would have to take my daughter to the urgent care. I found Stonebrook Pediatric dentistry on a google search and saw on their website that they had a chat feature to ask a question and a staff member would get back with you. The message stated I would receive a text message response back. As I was waiting for my text, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Dr. Bhaumik himself. He asked specific questions, then calmed me down and reassured me that we did not need to take her to the urgent care and provided instructions to help her with the pain. I was so happy and thankful for the extra effort he took to make a phone call to help calm me. He informed me his nurse Beth would call me first thing that upcoming Monday, and like clockwork she did! They set my daughter up with an appointment that same week. Her visit went smoothly and she even enjoyed herself and the staff. Mind you my daughter is only two, and I struggle with brushing her teeth and cleaning her mouth. What do you know, she opened right up for the doctor and let the nurses give her an x-ray with no fuss or issues. I was so pleasantly surprised and so happy with her comfort level with everyone! I'm so happy that even through this scary process, we found ourselves a pediatric dentist! read more

Such a cute little dental place! The staff were so friendly and patient with my 2 year old.

I can't say enough good things about Stonebrook Pediatric Dentistry! Dr. B and his amazing staff are incredible with children - patient, friendly, and accommodating. I was a bit apprehensive myself about finding a dentist for my 5-year-old son. He has major anxiety around meeting new people, especially in a clinical setting. The entire staff went out of their way to make my little boy feel comfortable. They spoke to him at his level, talked him through all the steps, and only proceeded when he was ready. I have never seen an office that is more committed to treating children and making them feel safe and supported! My son actually came home and asked when he could go back to see Dr. B again! He loved his animal balloon and couldn't stop talking about how much fun he had. Needless to say, I will be bringing my 5 and 7-year-old to see Dr. B, until they outgrow their "pediatric" years! read more

We were referred here by our pediatrician for a tongue and lip tie correction for our 2 month old. We definitely recommend Dr. B as he took time before the correction to go over the procedure and after care. As new parents and with a newborn, we were nervous but everyone at this office made us feel welcome, at ease and cared for. Everyone is knowledgeable about the procedure and overall dental care for children. The procedure and healing process could not have gone better. Dr. B called us at night, after her procedure to check in to see how she is doing. We felt very cared for that he did this. Our baby now has full range of her tongue and lip! We also really liked how this procedure included a before visit, and several aftercare visits to ensure everything went smoothly, which it did. We cannot wait until our baby is 1 years old for her dental visit and we will definitely be going here for her dental care. read more

Stonebrook was an absolute game changer for my breastfeeding journey! We were referred here by our lactation consultant and they did an absolutely fabulous job taking care of our tiny baby. The doctor explained the tongue and lip tie procedure very thoroughly and offered support post procedure as well. Dr. Bhaumik was so informative and great when he diagnosed my son with both tongue and lip tie. He showed me the stretches that need to be done and also allowed me to take video so I have for reference. Would highly recommend him and plan on taking my 2 yr old here for his dental visits! read more

We love this practice and they didn't miss a beat this go round! Even with Covid precautions they rocked it!

Awesome! My son had a really terrible experience with the last pediatric dentist I took him to. Thankfully, Dr B and his staff righted the wrong from that and my son actually enjoyed it! They personalized the experience for him and were ready with empathy for any hesitation he had. So glad we found them!! read more

Wow, we just had an incredible experience at Dr. B's office with our 2.5 year old daughter. As you know, toddlers can be emotional and things can quickly become overwhelming. We were warmly greeted by Beth at the front desk and she showed our daughter the play area and made her feel at home. Our toddler wasn't sure about lying down to have her teeth checked out, so Dr.B just did the exam as she sat on the chair in her princess dress and explained everything he was doing. We left with a tiara and our daughter asked when we could see Dr. B again! read more

Wonderful experience! Dr. B was amazing with my kiddo and my LO was so nervous on the way to the dentist. DR. B and his staff made us feel so welcome from the phone call when I booked my appointment to our visit in. I'm so glad I found his office- we will definitely be using him from now on for both of my kids! Thank you guys for truly caring about the kids and making our experience awesome! read more

I just left here for the first time with my son. It was a VERY last minute appointment (probably made them stay late). The staff and dentist were so sweet, accommodating and patient. I can't thank you enough for keeping my son calm. We will be switching to use y'all for here on out. Thanks again! read more

Dr. B and the ladies in the office are so nice, both of my son and my daughter seeing Dr. B here. My son was not building a good habit of brushing routine, last check up Dr. B requested to have him come back in 3 months instead, that really changed the game. My son started to brush his teeth regularly because he doesn't want to go back every 3 month. Today is the first time go back in 3 month and it turns out good, he passed the "test"! :D read more

This is a wonderful pediatric dentistry in Frisco! The setup is very user friendly and it's the only pediatric dentistry I can find in Frisco that doesn't charge for baby check-ups until after they turn 2. Dr. Bhaumik is very nice and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this place to all parents! read more

My son loves coming here. The staff is really nice and Dr.B is very patient and kind! Thank you.

Loved it! This is such a tough time for businesses... especially those that provide personal services...this office has thought very carefully about the user experience and our experience was great. The online forms were intuitive (kind of like TurboTax ). The communication was timely and the expectations for arriving at the office during COVID were clearly communicated. Not to mention the staff was kind, personable, didn't ask the same questions 15 times (which makes me mad when I've spent 45 minutes filling out forms then I'm aksed the same questions in the office), and the doctor was wonderful! Would definitely come here again! read more

Great place with friendly staff and caring Doctor! From the time you step inside, the staff greets you with a smile and a friendly greeting. The people here are amazing! Every single one of them are all smiles, helpful and sweet! We had some issues with my son and I lug around an 18month old. They played with my daughter while the Dr looked at my son and my son took to him instantly! My son had to have his tongue tie laser. It was a hard procedure on him AND on me but they did everything to make the process as easy as possible. Including being there for me!! Amazing! More like family then a business read more

We are brand new patients here and have only been once, but it was more than a pleasant experience for my 5 yr old. She was a bit hesitant due to her nature, and the entire staff did an excellent job calming her fears and explaining everything to her. My 3 girls always love going to visit Dr. B. Him and all of his staff are amazing. They are taking all of the necessary steps to make sure the little ones are safe while they are visiting the office during this time. There is also a new questionary for COVID-19 that patients have to complete before making it into the office, they are taking temperatures at the front office before each appt, and parents must to wear a face mask. Neededless to say, we felt safe during our visit. Thanks Dr. B. read more

Dr. B and his staff are the BEST!! Everyone is so friendly and they do a great job making our 2.5yo son feel comfortable! He isn't a big fan of any kind of doctor, but here he isn't scared! I took my 2.5yo daughter to this dentist on 05/11/2020 with a broken tooth. I was referred to this dentist by another dentist who did not treat children, they squeezed us into their schedule to get my daughters tooth extracted ASAP. The women at the front desk was very rude to my mother. The tooth had to be extracted, so they strapped her down and my husband held her down while they numbed the area and extracted the tooth. 2 days later I was able to finally get her to let me have a good look at her tooth, a large piece of it was left inside the gums. My husband had asked about the white spot on her gums immediately after the extraction was performed and he was told that it was "dead gums". I believe that the dentist knew that he had left part of the tooth in the gums and that he was in a rush because he had other clients waiting that had scheduled appointments. I was very upset about this because what my 2.5yo has to go through was already very traumatic and she had to go through being strapped and held down with a tooth extracted all over again simply because the dentist was in a rush. I called the dentist and the same women that was rude to my mom answered, I explained what happened and she told me she'd call me back after she spoke to the dentist. When she called me back she gave me a time to come back to the office and when I asked her what we'd have to do to fix the tooth she said "I don't know, I'm not the dentist. You can talk to him when you get here." I got to the dentist a couple minutes before my appointment and they didn't get me in until 35 minutes after I was told to be there. They actually called me about 10 minutes after I got there and told me that they were ready for me to come back, then they told me they actually called the wrong person. They made me wait in my car with my 2.5yo and my 6mo because their waiting room was closed. I cannot believe how unprofessional the front office staff was, especially after they messed up on my daughters dental work. Not to mention the fact that they rushed my daughters extraction and left part of her tooth in her gums, then they made us wait 35 minutes into our scheduled appointment time. My daughter had to endure twice as much pain and trauma because of this dentist. read more
