I was sent to them from my dentist and was getting it to have surgery on my shoulder. I had just had more test done before going there. My PCP doctor called, as I just got seated in the chair, to give me results. The dentist just came in at the same time I answered my phone. The dentist was threaten to not see me, if I didn't hang up right then. I took the very important call, but hurried off. He was so rude. I had only a root canal, not a cap , just the root canal. it was almost 2,000. I was floored. I will never go back again. Very shady business practices that borderline fraud. Was referred to them by my general dentists. Called and asked if they were in network and waited a day for them to confirm and call me back. Called me back and confirmed that they were in network but "couldn't" give me an estimate in the procedure, just the X-rays.. Arrived and went through X-rays and CT Scan and then was presented with a cost estimate about 3x what my insurance said this should cost. I declined to sign the agreement and pressed on why it was so expensive and was informed that they're "not actually in network with my plan". I mean wth ?!?? Deceptive, bait and switch approach. I left. Wasted a. Day off from work and they billed my insurance 345.00 the scans. I will be seeking oversight review. read more

Upset that my elderly mother who is on a fixed income paid nearly $600 for a consultation, only to get told she could not keep her scheduled treatment for a root canal. My mother had to wait for her cardiologist visit to clear pausing her heart medication for one week in order to continue the treatment for the root canal. let me just start by saying how amazing the staff is at this office, truly angels. So helpful and respectful. Dr. Kim did two root canals for me (one was a retreat) and after a year when my dentist took some X-rays she said he did a wonderful job. WARNING!! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! Edited to add: I was even more LIVID after the appt when they took me back to see my daughter and she told me that she asked for me but they didn't bring me back. I had a long and firm conversation with the dentist about changes that need to happen in their office. They took my 12 year old daughter to the back and started treating her without letting me know they would be starting treatment. This was her 2nd appt there and the first appt she was terrified and crying and had to have her hand held the whole time. On the way driving to the 2nd appt (today) I asked my daughter if she was okay to have her 2nd treatment by herself. My daughter said she wanted me there with her because she was scared. The dental assistant came and took my daughter in the back, told me to wait outside and said "We'll see" (I don't know what that even means). After some 20 minutes or so, I found out they were working on my daughter already. I do not have a problem waiting in the wait room if I know my daughter is doing okay. The problem is they should have let me know that my daughter was doing okay and it would be best for me wait in the wait room. I was worried!! The dentist proceeded to tell me that patients do better when parents are not in the room (which I do understand) but that is not her decision to make. That is a decision for the parent to make. I spoke to the front office person since apparently there is no office manager. She was extremely defensive and snippy. NEVER AGAIN!!! There are lots of other competent dentists/endodontists that value the parent/child relationship. read more

Afterwards he provided clear post-op instructions. What to expect, post-op treatment plan and follow up timeline. He was very thorough. I wish I could rate the dentists separately. The services received were great. The easiest root canal I've ever had and they were very kind and knowledgeable. Fast forward 3 years and I receive a bill for about $100 stating they estimated the insurance payment wrong and I had a remaining balance. I called and asked why I was receiving a bill for services performed 3 years ago. The lady that answered explained that their book keeping person wasn't doing her job and their books were all inaccurate. How is this my fault? Thank goodness I saved my EOB's because I was able to audit their itemized statement and noticed my ins sent a check to them that they didn't have listed. I called them back and they said they didn't have any record of that and needed to see my EOB. I also noticed that they charged me about $50 more than my insurance said I was responsible for. I emailed them all my EOB's and they were suppose to call me back. It's been a couple months and no call back. So not only did they over charge me, they didn't apply a payment my ins sent, and then billed me THREE YEARS LATER. I have referred many people to this office but won't be able to anymore. Had I not kept my EOB's (we have a different ins. now) I would have assumed I did owe it. Also, after consulting with others, turns out they have 11 months from from the date of service to bill you. After that time period, they have no case and cannot collect. So although the dental work was great, the office experience is not worth going back. Disappointing. read more

I feel I had a leg up on most people - my dad referred me to Dr. Khalilkhani. SO grateful for taking his advice because Dr. K was exceptional. This was my first time having a root canal, and had been avoiding it for a year out of fear. Trembling in the dentist chair, him and his staff quickly put me at ease within minutes. Greeted with a blanket and ear buds to kick back and watch Netflix on the ceiling TV. The entire procedure was such a breeze. I went to the Murphy location. Dr. Daghighi is one of the best Endodontists I ever had. I was in excruciating pain and had massive swelling due to a root canal that went bad. Dr. Daghighi's office was able to get me in right away and he performed an APICO that went perfectly. In addition to that, during his review of my X-ray he noticed a mysterious mass that I did not know existed. He made sure to refer me to a specialist and called me to ensure that I followed up on the mass.
