I had a break so likely the trauma caused would have resulted in a root canal but I don't feel like they were conservative in their approach with me and my tooth was filed down to nearly nothing. Another dentist mentioned this could have caused the delayed healing and extended need for time to reduce inflammation. I have days even still that the tooth does not feel right. It's been about a year. That isn't a good feeling with having spent thousands on ONE tooth. This was my first crown and I have good teeth and hope to never have to be back in anyone's office for another but I have thankfully found a good dentist that I don't have to question.

There were other patients nearby, and I am certain my private information was overheard. This situation was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I have never felt so humiliated during a medical visit. I had to ask her to stop and let her know I would speak with her after my procedure. I also requested to speak with management or the owner regarding this matter, but I have not received a response. Due to this experience, I have made the difficult decision not to return to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere. This is especially disappointing, as I have been a loyal patient for over two years.
