    Food was ok. The young man that helped us was very polite. He explained to me that they didn't make haystack onion rings anymore which I was sad about. Its been a while since Ive been around a smash burger and i was disappointed food-wise. But service is as great as ever!

    Worst service I've ever had in my entire life.. HANDS DOWN. I'll definitely always remember this experience and share it with my friends and family to make sure they stay far away from this specific location. I most likely will never give the other locations a chance either. I'm disgusted by the entire experience. I'd give 0 stars if I could. This was my first and last time at Smashburger and I would never recommend this place to anybody. I've actually never been to a restaurant and from start to finish, everything sucked. First of all, let's start with the crap service. I don't need you to be all peppy and extra talkative, that doesn't matter to me. But I do expect to be treated kindly and like a normal human being when I enter your establishment. The second we walked in, the cashier immediately treated us as if we were a bothersome. He didn't greet us, most definitely didn't smile, didn't even make any eye contact whatsoever, or even just speak respectfully to us. He stared blankly ahead the entire time and rolled his eyes when I told him I needed a minute to decide what I want. There were zero customers inside besides me and my boyfriend so we weren't holding up the line by any means. I asked a simple question and he ignored me and continued to stare blankly into space. We were originally going to dine in, but the horrible service ruined our appetites so we asked if we could get our orders to go. We tried to find a table to sit at while we waited for our food and every single table was filthy and greasy. I didn't even know such filth was allowed in restaurants. It was every single table and chair covered in some type of grease, used napkins, or food smeared which clearly tells me they don't clean the restaurant daily. Aside from the rude cashier and nasty, filthy restaurant, let's talk about the food.. this too was absolutely repulsive. Our burgers were soggy and flavorless. We honestly just threw them away after a few bites. I will insert a photo of the haystack onions we ordered. Idk why I didn't think to double check the bag before leaving, but when we took them out of the bag, we realized they didn't even fill it up half way. I got like 1/4 portion of onions. The photo posted is exactly how I took them out of the bag, no extra onion rings fallen out into the bag, it's literally what we got. The fries were super stale. Threw those all away too. Overall, just don't go here. There is a reason why nobody was inside during normal lunch hours. Eden Prairie Smashburger, you've gotta do better. 0/5 stars. Idk how this location is in business.

    Its a nice chain store the service was fast. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was a typical smash burger.

    If you liike grease, this is your place to go. The onion strings were so greasy I couldn't eat them. The hamburger was greasy too.

The chicken here is outstanding. It's so nice to have that real chicken meat texture that tears apart instead of something more ground up with filler in it. It's juicy and tastes high quality plus the spices coated on the outside elevate things nicely. I heard the food can be pretty spicy here so I played it safe with the "Mini Coop" spice-level, which suited me well. Just the right amount to feel flavorful but the spice doesn't last once I take a bite or swig of something else. My sister can't handle spice at all so she opted for the "MN Nice" which she actually said was still kind of spicy for her. So take that as you will if you're not a fan of spice! Their special sauce is good and might remind me of Raising Cane's, though I haven't eaten there recently. The French fries and coleslaw kind of felt standard, to be honest. But I really liked the Texas Toast! Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the pint of ice cream. My wife picked up the order and didn't realize she should have looked for it in the bag. When I called the restaurant about the missing pint, they were incredibly apologetic and offered to make up for it with a pint and more next time I'd come in, but since we don't live nearby, I said just refunding the pint was fine. But knowing how much they care about customer service really did leave a good impression! I'd definitely love to eat from here again.

We ended up waiting in the drive thru line for 10-15 minutes. Upon ordering we had made up our mind on what we wanted to place for our order. I asked for 2 four piece chicken strips, no meal, an eight piece nugget, no meal and a straw berry frosted lemonade. Once I got home I was unpleasantly surprised that our order was incorrect. No worries people make mistakes. When I gave the store a call no one picked up so I left message. Today 3/10/2026 I went in to address my issue to a manager. When I spoke to the cashier she told me to wait while she got the manager. While waiting in line I noticed the manager was standing around free of doing any tasks. The nice lady at the cash register went up to him with my receipt to tell him that I came in for a refund. He then sent which seemed to be the shift-lead to come talk with me. I told her the issue and she went back to the manager to ask what to do? All I wanted was a refund. I find the game of telephone when there is a unsatisfied customer to add insult to the problem. The shift-lead was a nice lady as well but she said that management is unable to refund my order. I found that to be unprofessional since I came into the location within 24 hours of ordering from here. She said that management does not refund orders after the day is done. The thing is I ordered at 8:13pm and by the time I got home it was past 8:30pm so I gave them a call to address my issue, which no picked up. Today when I went in I asked if their phone works which the shift-lead said yes. To verify that I actually called the store she asked me to recall in the moment to be sure. Before doing so I showed my phone call log which verified I called at 8:35pm. I also left a voicemail message so that there wouldn't be any confusion today (3/10) when I went in. Today when speaking with the shift-lead I was informed that their voicemail isn't available for them to listen to?? At this point I was beyond dissatisfied with this locations lack of professionalism. I asked for my refund because I did everything possible on my end to verify that I'm telling the truth. I was feeling gas lit as if I did something wrong. I guess I should've verified that my order was correct before going home but in reality after paying money for a service I thought it'd be done for me. I guess it's my fault for not making sure in the moment they did their job correctly. Once I got home I clearly realized that they were not doing their job correctly so I called to address. My call was not answered even though the shift lead and I both heard their phone does ring lol. It's fine again people make mistakes but what isn't fine is the lack of accountability and professionalism that took place afterwards. Realistically this should've been resolved by refunding my payment and speaking with a manager, which neither happened. I've been a manager for multiple companies and never would I find the "customer service" that was given to me to be professional, nor acceptable. It's funny given the company "chick fil a" which prides themselves on good customer service and making it a "pleasant" experience to have this disregard for resolving a customer complaint. Their resolution to this was to give me a "Be our guest" card which has 3 listed items on it, none of these items contain the actual item they messed up on. All of this could've been resolved satisfactorily by either picking up the phone the night of me calling or by refunding me the following day. Again neither of these things happened!
