Instead I had to pay them $5 to print a label (that I had to screenshot from a phone), even though they acknowledged this was their fault and due to their system being down. They refused to waive the $5 fee. If they can't even be reasonable when they cause the issue themselves, I do not feel anybody should support this business. The manager was called over and just said that's how he makes his money. I guess by scamming customers?

All the details of our move were explained to the woman who took our reservation. Two days prior to our move, a gentleman called to confirm and told us that he did not have " good notes" and we were then informed we would need another mover and more time as well as a 15% gas fee we weren't aware of, which increased our price. We weren't happy but at that point it was too late to try to find another company. We were able to negotiate dropping the gas fee as we were not told that originally. When it came time to pay, there were additional fees (ie supplies like tape and blankets) that were on the bill. Again, this was not disclosed when making the reservation though we asked. Now, we do have positive things to say. Our movers, Gideon and Fred, were AMAZING!! They asked questions, were careful, worked hard, and had great customer service. Honestly, those two were the highlight of our move. They did so much work for us and we can't thank them enough. We would hire those two to help me move any day!! My advice to anyone who is moving, ask lots of questions and ask for a quote in writing.

I do not know if things would have gone okay with any other moving service, because there were so many challenges that came up during my move. I had a multi-phased move which caused me to move everything into storage for a couple of weeks and since the my initial moving service was unavailable on the date I was going to move out of storage I contracted with Denver Local Movers. This was only the beginning of my challenges. I learned two days prior to my move date that my lender was unprepared to close and had to reschedule. Our lender delayed our closing one full week, each day promising 'tomorrow,' and I had to call and reschedule my move date 6 times. I was embarrassed, stressed and scared. Denver Local Movers handled my frantic calls with extreme patience and kindness. On moving day, my move team of Jeremiah, Nick & Silencio called in advance, arrived when they said they would and worked non-stop in extreme heat. Jeremiah, Nick & Silencio were extremely polite and professional. They took extra care with fragile items, they safely secured everything in the truck, and they patiently took my stuff to the rooms that I requested. They will not honor their quoted prices…read more I was given a quote for my unit of $99/month. Less than 2 months after I began renting I was informed that the price would be raised to $138/month, an increase of 40%. I asked them what could've possibly changed in 6.5 weeks to justify an increase of 40% and they couldn't said that every now a d then they perform a "unit audit" and determined that this is just the price now. Makes me think that $99/month was just a teaser rate to win my business before they jack the price to what they actually want to charge, because how on earth could a $99 rate be fair 2 months ago, but suddenly be so out-of-line that they need a 40% increase. I asked for it to be lowered cause it was in bad taste to refuse to honor their quote in such a short time period. They refused. I left a review here to inform others and suddenly they realized that maybe they shouldn't jack their prices by that much so quickly and returned my rate to $99/month. They asked me to "help them out with some reviews left online." Since they returned my rate I agreed and deleted the review. It's now 5 weeks later and they have once again jacked my rate, this time by a smaller amount, only to $109 (10% increase). A 10% increase is still pretty unreasonable seeing as it's only been just over 3 months since I first became a customer. Given the context they gave me with the "unit audit" to justify their rate increase, the fact that this increase is significantly lower tells me that this time around it wasn't some BS methodology, but a conscious decision to push the price the price closer to what they really want but in a manner someone will grudgingly allow. In other words, their methodology for determining the rate increase isn't actually from a unit audit, but rather is just "whatever this customer will let slide." Poor business practices. Honor your quoted prices. If you want to charge more, quote more. And if you need to increase the rate, think about how reasonable the increase is given the amount of time that has passed.

I lost over $15k worth of tools and the insurance coverage is garbage when it comes to filing a claim Until the new management takes care of updating their security system I would not recommend this place to store any valuables
