I've been a customer paying $78/month, which increased to $156 and now $179. Meanwhile, the exact same units are currently advertised for $38-$50. I've attempted to resolve this for over a month: * Sent multiple emails (no response) * Was told only to call a number (no written documentation provided) * No one has followed up or addressed the discrepancy (it's been a month) I'm simply asking for a fair rate adjustment or transfer to the advertised pricing, but the lack of response and refusal to communicate in writing is extremely concerning. Terrible! Problem #1: Our unit was broken into this week and all of the valuables stolen. The manager told us that there are no cameras looking down the row of lockers we rented. The theft took place while the resident manager was out of town for three days. She suspected that the thieves knew to look for a time when her car was not there. Problem #2: Most of the time that we are there during "office hours" no one is available. When we rented a unit online and drove an hour to start the reservation there was no one to get things started. Requiring a second trip. Problem #3: We are renting multiple units - one has a light fixture with a bulb, but no pull chain. So it is useless. Problem #4: The rolling door on one of our units will not stay up, which requires at least two people to be there every time we open the door. Problem #5: When we booked out first unit, we "reserved" a 10 x 20 unit for a given price. When we got there we were told we were getting two 10 x 10 units and if we wanted a 10 x 20 we would have to pay $30 a month more. We rented the larger unit and were told the "regional manager" would contact us about the price discrepancy. Four months later, we have received no call despite asking the onsite manager to have that person contact us multiple times. If it wouldn't require so much time and effort we would move out today. The place is so poorly run and managed from above that no one should consider renting from this company at any of their locations. read more

We've been renting here for about a year. Went to do some sorting of our items 2 weeks ago and the storage room was flooded. (We live 80 miles away.) Water had been coming under the wall. Spent the whole day moving everything into two smaller units and never got done what we went there to do. The Mgr on duty was very nice. He called the owner and explained what happened. We were offered the same price for the two units and 1/2 off the next month. We thought that was pretty good. Only had minimal damage to some artwork (lost one item destroyed). Yesterday we went back to do what we had planned to do two weeks ago. Sorted through all of one of the units. Went through about 15 boxes of mostly books and when done had 10 to donate and a few empty boxes that were trashed from the water. Took them to the dumpster on site to throw away and it was locked. Asked the onsite Mgr if could unlock it and were told it is ONLY for the company use. I asked what were we paying for then if not services at this site. She said she was regional manager and the buck stops here. I informed her I would mention the "fine" service to the BBB and other locations. She wasn't concerned. Oh well, we will be moving our stuff to another location soon. read more

I've used this StorQuest location for about three years now. The service has been consistently excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. I had two units - one climate controlled, one regular. The facility was always clean, no vermin of any kind in either unit. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing storage space, both short term and long term. read more

Pam is worth her weight in gold when it comes to customer service. Pam helped us any way she could, the men hired to unload a truck did not show up on time & she watched for them to let them in for 2 and 1/2 hours. She also was concerned for us, asking if we needed anything, water, use the restroom or whatever she could do. The facility is very nice and clean and well managed. read more

I have rented a unit from these guys for the last 8 months.... moving in was pleasant experience cause they were making money..... moving out has been a nightmare.... rude unhelpful staff..... I forgot my passcode.... shame on me... so I told my mother who was there to meet the movers I had hired to have the guy at the desk call me..... they were disregarded.... and the gentleman refused to call me.... finally he called after closing the office 2 times and putting my mother out into 90 degree heat.... finally he allowed them in to the facility (btw they had every shred of paperwork I ever received from this dump on them) after the gentleman finally called he gave them access saying he did what he did for my protection..... Needless to say I am disappointed with yelp only giving me the option for 1 star... I would have given 0.... There are hundreds of storage facilities in Denver. ... don't chose this one... The headache isn't worth the 10 dollar savings... I learned my lesson so you don't have too...... oh ya.... and the 30 minutes the guy at the counter spent being "helpful" costed me another 75 bucks with my movers.... just the icing on the cake read more
