    You are stranded for 2+ hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone for an unlock code.. When they answer tell you the system is down and to call back with no ETA. I hope this company goes all the way under. Your reps are rude af must make minimum wage to be that rude n mad. Yall a a shifty as company. To have ppl answer the phone to tell us to call back like it's only a 10min wait.. you could've left me on hold till it came back up.. We are in 2023 where is the digital assistant cause the humans need to go!!

    All this for $108.30 a month???  A RIPOFF, but we have no choice.

    do not use this company. draining my account with fees, violations to keep you on longer. i wish i read these reviews prior.

    I'll make this as short as I can…read more 1. Couldn't set up my auto-draft payments correctly for 3 mo, which flagged me as a non payment of some sort when going in for re-cal. They would pull out some arbitrary amount, and not what was owed. 2. Had this Draeger for many years; switched from Guardian (because it takes 5 mins to start your car). Only time I ever had an issue, was this period where my handset would fail, ON THE SECOND TEST ONLY after starting it in sub freezing temps. Three times it happened. It would pass, then fail (rolling), stop the car, then restart no issues. Obviously this didn't count against me, but they: a. Said they would replace my handset, but didn't until after the 3rd fail (lied). b. Charged me for the re-cals. They indicated they sent the unit to Draeger and found no issues, but after they swapped it - no problems... BE WARNED: If you submit a complaint, you give up your right to sue and have to accept "their" answer. 3. Dropped their customers and flipped them over to Foss. I received 1 email, with no real instructions or details. This was not a good experience. Draeger is a fantastic product (despite my buggy handset) and probably the best out there. This business is capitalizing on people's errors, with no real business ethics. REMEMBER: This is a for profit business attempting to profit from you based on your mistakes. They are not law enforcement or government. You should expect them to operate like any other business, where you are the customer and source of their income. Aside from being direct, which is how state patrol expects these companies to operate (which is fine and makes sense), you don't need to be treated like you're a criminal. That's the job of the justice system that is working with you to pay your debt to society and protect the public. They're overstepping their bounds, and you have every right to take your business elsewhere. In other news, I have no reason to think they're in business any longer. I wonder what happened? 5 yrs free and clear. Debt paid. Adios!

I'd suggest any other company to get your device. To Autosafe your just a number and a paycheck. They will take you for all they can every month. Hidden fees. I'm glad I only have a few months left otherwise I'd pay the removal fee and go with a different company. Absolutely the worst service everytime I have to call. Its unfortunate the only reason this company will stay in business is because state law requires their shitty service regardless of how they treat customers or run their business. #fail

I don't have any radio controls on my steering wheel. My backup camera only works when it wants to and It's been having a constant whine in the speakers after about one month. I didn't bring it back because the guy had an attitude, not the owner. He was pretty cool but the other guy if I remember right he used to work for sound Auto and that used to be not the best place to go to. So I just left it alone. I've had this issue now with everything on my car that I've listed and I will just take it somewhere else. They charged me over $500 just to put in my original radio. That was a rip-off when you lost everything that you had in there. The guy even came out and told me only after he installed it that I will no longer have any controls for the radio in the steering wheel and the Blu-ray or whatever call that TV thing in the back. Why didn't he tell me that way before he started? That is the question.
