Matt is even a preferred vendor for Viofo (the camera I'd already been considering) and bundling the purchase with the install saved me some money. He was sold out of the memory card I chose and even upgraded me at no charge. On the install date he was communicative, efficient, and helped me download the app and showed me how to use everything. The camera install is very clean with hardly any visible wires, way better than I could have done if I'd tried it myself! Five stars, no notes. Day of service and my tech was Horhay who was knowledgeable and mindful before entering into his work. After installation of the inverter cable from battery to rear of the cab he took me through his work sharing what he did and why. We also discussed the scope of what would be required for a future install of the "Big 3" and I left grateful at the competency I'd just experienced. Seriously…read more Don't be a dumba$$ like me and buy one of those Chinese aftermarket android audio units off Amazon thinking you're going to do an audio upgrade on your own on the cheap. They will likely come with no installation instructions, no cables specific to your car, and likely cause shorts or electrical issues which is what happened to me. Thankfully, I dropped my car off with Marco and he was able to get everything reset without requiring major part replacement, and ordered and installed a much better head unit than I got off Amazon. His prices were quite reasonable. I highly recommend you do an audio system upgrade if you have a car with an older system, and if you do, give Marco a call first. He's an honest guy and I am sure he will provide good advice on what he can do, or what you might want to watch out for if you want to try and do it on your own. He won't hard sell you. A few…read moremonths later, my car's back door locks stopped working, and my side view mirrors stopped automatically folding in when I parked. I took my car to Lexus and they showed me how Car Toy's technician had connected the hardwiring to the wrong places, which had caused a fuse to blow, and fried the electric components in my cars locks + side view mirrors. STEER CLEAR. I took my car here because I assumed they would know better than myself on how to hardwire a dashcam. Had I known they would just wing it when installing it and fry my cars electronic locks/mirrors, I would have just taken the time to do it myself. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE
