Can't tell anything is there.. great work

Got the ALP System installed on my 21' CLA 45 AMG, guys were really professional and passionate about their work. Everything came out great, wired through proper locations, as OEM as it gets, though better! Was a pleasure handing the keys over to them, typically I would stress over someone working on my car, possibly messing up. With these guys there wasn't even a thought. Highly Recommend!

Charles and team recently installed a new retro stereo system with Bluetooth capability, speakers, sub woofer and also did sound deadening in my 1971 Chevy truck. These guys do extremely high quality work- very clean and discreet, while also having the creativity to work around some of the nuances and complexities a vintage truck will present. Everything works perfectly and my system sounds great. I was a little nervous going into this, as I had used another competitor previously for my 1972 Chevy truck and the results were subpar. Not this time! Extremely happy I spent more money and went with the best. You get what you pay for, use these guys!

Ever wonder why when you walk into Systems Unlimited there are exotic cars or very high end projects being done? It's because they are the best. They can be trusted to work on these cars and do these big installs. I came to them for a Radenso + ALP install on my brand new Ferrari 812 SuperFast. That would be a radar detector and laser jammer setup. I was very clear that I DID NOT want the jammer heads to be seen, and they were more than happy to accommodate this. I also thew them a curveball wanting to put the controller head in a location that isn't common for these cars. Normally they are installed in the little cubby area below the reverse, auto, and PS buttons. This makes them hard to reach from the driver position, and you have to look down and completely away from the road to see the buttons and screen. Other installers will put it on the side of the driveshaft tunnel where you absolutely can't see the buttons. I requested them to put it below my other vehicle controls, also where I could easily see the screen through the steering wheel. They were more than happy to accomplish this. I dropped my car off and went over the whole install with them. They brought the car in and got started on it a couple days later while they finished up a couple other jobs. They made sure to completely tape up and cover in plastic any area near where they were working to prevent against any scratches, dings, or mars. They accomplished the rear jammer head install first, hiding the heads behind where my rear reflectors were. They use a black smoked acrylic for a stealthy touch, and it matches the car a lot better than the red. I was able to stop by and check it out, and grab pictures while they were doing this. At this time we also talked about smoking my side markers, which they were happy to do while doing the radar detector and laser jammer install. They very professionally disassembled the car to make sure and hide all the wires and run them without excessive lengths of wire left behind. All the wires are also wrapped in a wire loom, and not the cheap plastic corrugated stuff either. Everything at Systems Unlimited is premium. We ended up with 3 jammer heads on the rear of the car for extra coverage. They began on the front of the car, removing the front bumper and working on installing the front jammer heads in suitable locations. They were able to use factory bolt holes for all of the mount locations to avoid drilling into my car. After that, they ran those wires into the passenger cabin, making sure to only use the amount of wire they would need, and also wrapping it in a quality wire loom. With all the jammer heads and radar detector heads mounted, it was time to figure out the controller head. This is the part that took the longest as they had to custom design a piece, and then make sure it fit perfectly. Once they had a perfectly fit piece they used body filler to mold it perfectly against the dash. There were no holes drilled in the dash either, they were able to run the wire to the controller along the dash where you can't see it, and then into the dash in a natural opening. This was very key as I really didn't want my dash destroyed in the process if I ever wanted it removed (I won't). At the end of the install they made sure everything was functional, did all the updates necessary, and cleaned up the car. I was very impressed overall with the quality and condition of the install. Was it more expensive than other quotes I got? Yes, but it sure as hell was worth every penny. No other 812SF has an install like mine, and I think my car has the BEST radar/laser install of any Ferrari 812 out there. No visible jammer heads hanging off the car, less hassle from the cops down the road. TL;DR Systems Unlimited does the BEST job in the area, and can certainly be trusted with your car to do an amazing job. They are not going to be the cheapest, but their work is very high quality and is great value for what you get. I will certainly be back with other cars, and have be recommending them to everyone.

I chose to pickup my purchase at the Bellevue store. About 2 months and and 1 or 2 day days of ownership, the laptop was EXTREMELY HOT to the touch. Hot enough to cause burns. I was using the original included charger. And the laptop was on a hard flat surface as recommended. After unplugging it, it was still very hot after over 5 hours. I put a box fan next to it and direct airflow over it. Once it was cool to the touch, it would boot up as far as the log-in screen and then shut off completely. It did that twice. I'm not plugging it in again. EVER. I felt like had I not unplugged it when I did, it woud've caught fire in minutes or seconds. I went to Best Buy and the guy in the computer area and explained what happened. He said basically, tough luck. Even though I'm a rewards member. Deal with Lenovo. He actually BLAMED ME for purchasing from the Best Buy website, because if I would have done it in person they would've sold me an extended service plan and warranty. What the hell? it's only two months old! and well within its warranty period. All I expected was some kind of store credit, not even 100%, whether Lenovo repaired it or not, so I could purchase an Apple product from them. Partial credit would've been fine to keep me as a customer. Sales guy said they couldn't do anything for me and I should've bought something with an Intel processor, because he was wearing a shirt with an Intel logo. If he was joking, it wasn't funny, because Best Buy just lost a customer with disposable income and an amazing credit score. I am never setting foot inside a Best Buy store again. Even if I have to take leak, I'll go somewhere else. I literally won't take a piss in a Best Buy store.

You can imagine my disappointment finding out that Magnolia is now owned by guess who? Yup, Best Buy. So, with great trepidation I went to Video Only. What a pleasure to find a sales team of low-pressure professionals taking all the time necessary to help me decide what big screen would be right for me. The purchase and install was slick and, as my current TV had totally failed, the delivery and removal of my old unit was considered an "emergency" was thereby scheduled for the next day (the installers were also great). Highly recommended.

If you come on a weekday, it's not too bad and you should be able to find a spot fairly easily. On weekends, you will find parking, but it may take some time. There are multiple garages to choose from, but I'd recommend parking at either Macy's or Nordstrom for convenience. This was honestly one of the most uncoordinated Apple Store experiences I've ever had. I came in with a very old laptop that I've owned for several years and just wanted to do a simple trade-in for store credit. When I entered, a staff member with an iPad was coordinating customers and directing them to different areas. I was able to speak with him within about two minutes, there were only two people ahead of us. We were told to stand near the laptop section and that a representative would come help us shortly. We stood there for 5-10 minutes, and no one acknowledged us. No eye contact, no check-ins, nothing. It genuinely felt like no one was coming to help us at all. There were several other customers in the same situation, standing around the phone and charger areas, seemingly waiting after being directed there as well. Eventually, I flagged down a worker who told me they'd get someone to help me shortly. A manager who was helping another customer, interestingly came over to help me within a minute. The other customer he had been assisting was calling his name, and I even told him it was okay if he needed to help them first since he was assisting them. He responded by saying he was the manager and implied he could handle multiple people at once. His attitude came off a bit cocky, which was put off. At that point, I just wanted to finish the trade-in and leave. He did help me process it, and I received $165 in Apple Store credit, which was nice. Despite the credit, this was one of the most unorganized Apple Store experiences I've had. I even came on a weekday expecting it to be calmer, but it was still very packed. I'd recommend visiting a different Apple Store location if possible. If you do come here, try going on a weekday and avoid visiting during the holidays.

This should have tipped off the clerk that I was not tech savvy. As I suspect many of there customers are not. She told me the toggle was under the mouse. I got the set home and did not see a toggle under the mouse (latter I found out she was saying dongle). I looked in the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and did not see it. I called the them and was told to check the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and once again I didn't see it.
