Super nice guy, came super quick and fixed my iphone screens in about an hour. super reliable.

He did a great job at a very reasonable price. Will use him again and share with friends and family if they need their phones repaired.

He was great, super accommodating and quick and efficient. I loved that it was done same day and in the comfort of my home. I scheduled to fix one iPad and he was able to fix our other iPad as well. It was great and would for sure come again for the next item to be fixed! read more

Mixed review, initially we were very pleased quick response, manageable price, he did a little extra without charge. Few weeks later my husband phone battery ran out of charge and after charging the phone would not turn back on. My husband suspect when the glass repair was done the connector button probably was misaligned. He reached out via calls and text from my phone to Victor but sadly no reply after 4 days we had to take the phone somewhere else and paid to have it fixed. As suspected the on button was misaligned. All we were asking was for him to correct the misalignment but unfortunately the customer service was just not there. We do not believe this was done intentionally but just wish Victor had taking his customer service to the outstanding level and fix the issue. I wish I could give 5 stars but follow through is just as important as the initial contact. read more

This man is a life saver. I wanted to get a new phone but the promotional for AT&T required my phone to be crack free. Luckily, I was referred to his service and it was spectacular. The whole back was shattered (I mean shattered) and he was able to fix it in about 40-45 minutes. The service was great. All he asked was for my address and time. He was punctual. The value of the service was more than reasonable. It was $89 for the service requested. Overall, a nice, kind man with great service. Thank you!! read more

Victor was prompt, professional, and extremely pleasant to work with. I requested two quotes. One was the front of my iPhone 12 Pro Max, and a second on the back of a different iPhone 12 Pro Max. Price he gave was lower than any stand alone shop. He met me as soon as he was finished with his client. He's mobile so it's more convenient and prices are better. Will be my go to since he was most responsive and prices were even better. Cheers! read more

If I could rate 10 stars I would. I would like to thank victor for his time for fixing my phone not once but twice. Few weeks ago my phone screen was completely green I texted victor and he came over within an hour to fix it. This morning I woke up with my phone completely black not being able to see anything on my screen and once again texted victor and he came by to tell me that it's a software problem but in the end he still managed to get my phone screen on. Initially had a good experience and review, one month later, the phone screen on longer works, called SmartFix and text various times over a few days with no response. Went to another repair shop and was advised the screen used was poor quality. Had to pay to have repaired again by another shop. Would love to support a small business, but can't stand an operation that will not return calls or communicate after guaranteeing their work. Do better read more

Great service and communication. I requested quotes from yelp regarding repairing a charging port on my daughter's IPad and they had the quickest response for the best price. A few other companies gave me outrageous quotes on my repair or told me they didn't have the part needed for the repair and it would take some time to repair. Victor arrived at my home on time and informed me they would need to repair it at their office since he needed to solder the connection. A few hours later he informed me my device was working and returned it back to me. I appreciated that even though it was almost 10pm he brought it back to my home repaired as promised. I will definitely be using Smart Fix in the future and being a mobile service makes it easy on folks that don't have time to bring their devices in for repairs or wait. If you're looking for an honest, dependable, and professional company I would give Smart Fix a call. read more
