I messaged Victor pretty late the night I broke my phone. (I don't recommend doing that, out of professional courtesy it's probably best to message during business hours.) I just didn't want to forget to reach out, which I knew I would if I didn't message right away. Despite me messaging late, he was immediately responsive. My phone was still usable so there was no rush or urgency. I offered for Victor to schedule me in whenever it was most convenient for him. He scheduled me immediately. It was super convenient to have him come directly to me and the price was fair and reasonable. Posting a photo of the beautiful work he did, it was fast too. He even saved my camera cover which was a huge plus. 10/10 recommend. read more

Most of my phone screen was blacked out and I could not use my phone to communicate, read emails, or do my school stuff. I was thinking about going to tmobile or a place nearby but it was getting late, 7pm, then 8pm and then it was 11pm. I needed to get my phone working asap! I looked online and found smartfix!! I sent a message through yelp and wrote a small description of what I needed and a possible screen/led replacement for my iphone. Smartfix responded to my message even at 11pm!!! They told me they could be at my house the next morning around 10:30 am. I asked if they could arrive earlier since I needed to leave for school they said yes!! Provided my address. He showed up early and let me know he was outside. I brought my phone out and he fixed it in about 10 minutes!!! And his pricing was very competitive, especially for driving to you!! If you are short on time because you have work, school, and kids. I would highly recommend!! Great customer service, fast service, and best pricing I received. Totally a lifesaver since I had my notes on my phone I needed for class! Thank you smartfix for your professionalism and convenience! Reliable service! read more

Beware of this place! Victor came to my house for an iPad screen replacement, and everything seemed fine at first. However, just a month later, the "new" screen stopped working completely. I tried reaching out to Victor multiple times to fix the issue, but he completely ghosted me--no replies to my calls, emails, or messages. I expected at least some level of customer service, but this is unacceptable. Save your time and money--go somewhere else if you want reliable repairs and any kind of aftercare. Extremely disappointed! read more

The reviews are on point! A few things: - Contacted Victor on Sunday, he picked up and had me scheduled within hours. - Showed up at the allotted time - Was fast with the fix (water damage) Not only that, but also had a policy for water damage: We only pay if the fixes actually restore the phone. Amazing! Luckily for us, the fix took: he replaced the screen and connector of an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The Face ID sensor is not replaceable without Apple, so that doesn't work and we were told ahead of time he couldn't help with that. Price was great - I'd be hard pressed to find cheaper pricing, but most importantly, we didn't have to buy a new phone! read more

After cracking my screen on my Apple Watch, I searched multiple shops on Yelp and Victor at smart fix was one of the most competitive rates, but mostly he had the best communication by far! He has two locations in malls and also offers mobile services. He came to me on the same day and immediately starting working on the watch. He went above and beyond and the watch looks amazing. Big thank you to Victor for doing such an amazing job, and for the great communication. He services OC & IE, I am so happy I found someone that is very reliable near me! read more

Smart Fix - Working iPad back in service - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me

Requested a google Pixel screen replaced. Missed appointments. Replaced screen. Worked for 3 days then stopped working. Messaged to fix and said he'd come out then ghosted me. Total sham. I feel like my $135 was stolen. Terrible value read more

I recently had the pleasure of having my Apple series 6 screen repaired by Victor, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, Victor demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and customer service. I texted Victor the same day to see if he could come to repair; the whole screen replacement took all of 20 minutes. He repaired the watch in his van; and was friendly, courteous, and genuinely cared about my satisfaction. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience, even offering a 1 year warranty on the screen. I highly recommend Victor to anyone who needs a smart watch/phone screen replaced!. His combination of technical proficiency and excellent customer service is truly rare. Thank you, Victor, for your fantastic work--I will definitely be coming back for any future repair needs! read more

Quick response and updates until arrival time. Fifteen minutes to fix the broken camera lens and screen protector (no bubbles!). Threw in a camera lens protector for no charge and cleaned the phone for no charge. Now that is value! Great work Victor, and thank you! Believe the positive reviews; well worth the money for no hassle service right at home. read more

Great service! He comes to you and works out of his van so it was super convenient for me. He helped me changed my iPhone screen and it took about 10 mins. His price is also very affordable compared to the other places I inquired about. Definitely recommend. He was on time and was quick to fix my phone. Thank you! Would 100% call you in the future for any of my phone problems. read more

Update: the day after Victor replaced my screen, the screen had lines of dead pixels. I sent a video of it to Victor and he said he'd order a new screen and replace it again if needed. Since then, he's completely ghosted me. I've been trying to contact him nearly every week since end of August -- text message, yelp message, phone calls -- but no response. What's worse is that he still has one of my other iPads because he needed more time to diagnose what was wrong with it. So I haven't been able to get that back. Asked him multiple times to just return that iPad so I can get both fixed properly somewhere else, but again -- no response. To future customers: sort/look at all the recent reviews. He's ghosting everyone after their "repair". Convenience/price isn't worth it. If you decide to go with him, don't expect him to respond afterwards -- and do NOT let him leave with any of your devices for "further diagnosis" read more

Victor ruined my phone. I called him for a service and he came that same day and "fixed" my screen. After he left, I noticed that my face could not be recognized on my phone to get into most of my apps. My phone was a lot heavier with a really dark screen that I couldn't brighten. There were so many things wrong with my phone after he left. It was rolling and scrolling and shutting on and off. It kept overheating and I was barely able to charge it without it seeming like it was going to light on fire. There was also a notification that it was the wrong screen for my phone and so it would not restore to full performance unless the correct screen was put on the phone. I contacted him and he said he would come over in the next couple of days and I never heard another word from him. My husband also called him twice and he never responded. I had to take my phone to Apple since he kept the old screen with the chip in it and had to pay $350. Victor, I feel sad that my husband and I were nice to you and tipped you. I even gave you something to drink. Shame on you! You should feel terrible for not responding to either of us. You can respond to this message anyway you want but we both know that you are a crook. You should have come and fixed my phone or given me back my money. read more

I messaged Victor on a Sunday morning. He responded in less than 20 minutes and was at my house within two hours. He repaired two of my iPhones and thoroughly explained to me what he did. Shattered my iPad screen. Contacted several repair sites for estimates and decided to go with Smart Fix. Victor was able to set up an appointment quickly, give me a firm repair price based on my description of the problem and arrived on time for the appointment. He explained the process to me and replaced my screen in about an hour. The screen was severely shattered all over. Unfortunately, after using my iPad for a couple of days, the keyboard was not functioning properly. I contacted Victor and he was able to see me right away. He tried the keyboard and could see it was not working right. He said he would replace the screen at no additional charge and within 20 minutes the job was done. I think there was a tiny fleck from the shattered screen that had lodged itself under the first replacement screen. However, Victor thought the first replacement screen was defective. Either way, the end result was that I got another screen replaced at no charge and my iPad has been working like new for over a month now. I would definitely contact Victor at Smart Fix again for any iPad or cell phone issues. read more

Amazing! I was living with a cracked screen on my phone for months! I thought it would be a long/all day process to have repaired. I have a Samsung Galaxy 21 Ultra & had called another place first, they didn't have anything in stock. I called Smart Fix next & not only did he have stock, he comes to you! WHAT in the world? I had no idea that was a thing! How brilliant! I called mid-morning on a Sunday & he showed up within hours, fixed my phone quickly & even gave me a phone case. He was also less expensive than the first place I called. I would highly recommend his services! read more

Victor was great! My Daughter's Ipad 9 screen was replaced as well as the button and completed within a half hour, both are working perfectly. His prices are very fair, comparable to going to a shop to have it done, but comes to your house and fixes the device from his van! Recommended read more

Smart fix came to me at the time that he said he was going to be there finished the job quickly within one hour of giving him my phone to replace the entire back glass that was shattered on my iPhone 14+ Pro Max. Victor was great. I called and within hours he arrived. He was able to save from the white screen of death on my iPhone 13pro. He was very clear and straight forward with what was wrong with my phone. He also guarantees the new screen. I would recommend!! read more

Originally gave 5 stars because he's quick to quote and repair. He repaired the broken glass on iPad but a month later when my daughter went to college and started using it it was glitchy. She took it to Genius Bar but they said since 3rd part repaired it it would have to go back to them. I was told it would be under warranty. I left 2 phone calls over a two week span and then a text on the text chain he originally contacted me on. Over three weeks he wouldn't return my call to even answer if it was under warranty. He's good at initial contact but if you need warranty or follow-up forget it. No reply. Very similar to other one star ratings. Buyer beware. Don't expect him to stand behind his work. Plenty of other repair shops that stand by their work. read more

I have never had to replace any of my phone's screens until this morning. At 8:00am the entire back screen of my iPhone 14 was shattered but by 9:45 am I had a response and appointment with Victor. By noon, my phone was like brand new! I am so thankful that I came across Victor and his business and how responsive he was and the quality of work he produces. The price was reasonable which included the screen change, he drives to your location, and was punctual. If I ever have future phone issues/repairs, I know who to call! read more

Victor's business slogan "ON SITE, FAST, RELIABLE, BEST PRICE"...all TRUE! He replaced two iPhones; screen and battery and added screen protectors at an unbelievable price. Plus, he was transparent about the work he did on it. Now the phones look new and functions well (no screen ghosting). We had this repaired last year at another place for triple the price and it didn't even function right afterwards. Happy Customer! Definitely recommend him. read more
