David made 2 visits to our home to install Reolink WiFi surveillance cameras and also to fix an…read moreelectrical issue in our garage. The first time he came with his assistant Oscar to work on the cameras. The two of them worked together on a really hot day, and they got all the cameras installed exactly where I wanted them to be. We discovered however, that the WiFi Modem/Router I had was not pushing the signal far enough. David suggested that I purchase a Wire Mesh Router called an Eero, which would increase the signal to all the cameras. At his recommendation, I purchased the Eero but ran into problems when connecting it all up. But David was right there to help me. Since I also needed some electrical work in my garage, David came out again and diagnosed the problem and created the solution. He then went to work on my Reolink network and saw that I had incorrectly connected the Eero. Once that was connected, it all seemed to be working fine. I would hire David again in a heartbeat and would recommend to others that they do the same. David AV has five star reviews for a reason: it's deserved! When I spoke to Ron, he was polite, professional, and thorough. When he arrived for the consult, he walked through the house and then gave me my options. He could have up sold me on the T.V. Mounts selling me the top of the line mounts, but instead suggested I go with a well made standard mount for both rooms at a fraction of the cost. On the day of the installation, Ron showed up with his assistant. With a ton of gear in tow, he looked like he was equipped with anything he might need. Moving everything out of the way, laying blankets down to work on, they got to work. Everything was measured, level and perfect. He even vacuumed after he completed the job.
