Never had food hear but custom cocktails always slaps! Jon, our bartender, apparently graduated from the last day of training and made us great 5 cocktails in total on a Sunday afternoon.

I can only speak on takeout. I have ordered a couple of times, fast, really accommodating when asking for pickup earlier, super nice staff. And no complaints about the food. Their burgers are good and i recently had the chicken buffalo wrap! The ingredients are always good quality and good portions I do need to go and dine in soon, its a cute place, relaxed and the service is so good.

They have a couple big TV's to watch cable tv games. No sports packages tho. We really like the espresso martinis made with reposado tequila. Great service at the bar. Plan to return for happy hour. They off a late night happy hour menu too.

I love Small Giant, it's such a cute bar! I went during Christmas and the cocktails were amazing, the vibe was perfect, and it was packed in the best way. Great location right on Water Street. Service was quick to get drinks, everything tasted really good, and the energy was so fun and lively. This is a cool spot to hang out, you can still get a solid, well-made cocktail without it being outrageously priced or feeling too fancy. Definitely a go-to for good drinks and good times. I'd love to try the food next time!

Cool spot! It's been on my list for awhile and since we were doing a little holiday bar hop, this had to be on the list. They put up a bunch of great decorations with a solid holiday cocktail menu. Even though we had just eaten lunch, the egg rolls looked too good to pass up and they did not disappoint. I'd come back just for those but there are so many other options I still have to try first. Great time

Went here for breakfast and the food was amazing I got the skillet and a drink off their Christmas menu! The decor was gorgeous, the service was great! The food took a lil long but how good it was it's totally fine! I'm looking forward to going back and trying more of their menu! A gem in Tampa for sure.

My boyfriend and I came here for the burger and beer happy hour special! It's located right in Water street district and though small, there was plenty of outdoor seating as well. The beer and burger were pretty standard, but yummy and it was such a great deal! Overall, great happy hour vibes.

This is a great place on Water street to grab casual drinks and a light snack! They have a great cocktails and that are very reasonably priced. They also have a decent happy hour too! Their staff is always friendly. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well!

I visited Small Giant on a Saturday with a group of six. We sat outside because there was a very strong odor inside that we later determined it was Gas not coming from the restaurant but coming from somewhere else. We all ordered from the QR code provided at around the same time. Special request added to the QR code. We're not Matt and all of our food came out at wildly different times. The pizza that I ordered was fairly good, and the prices are quite good for the area. This is definitely not a fruity spot but an affordable option in the water Street district .

They currently have a cute Christmas pop up. The ambiance is great and the bartenders are gen better. Knowledgeable and friendly. I had the sugar cookie martini and it was sweet but surprisingly strong! The wings are REALLY good, I would suggest having them naked vs breaded! Definitely a cute bar to go to down in Water Street.

I decided to stop by with some friends to grab drinks and a bite to eat to celebrate my birthday. I had never been before, but I had heard really good things about it so I was very excited to check it out. The food and drinks were delicious, and the service was pretty good as well. I tried the espresso martini which was incredible, as well as the pizza and wings, which were really good too. I need to go back and try more things from the menu for sure!

My friend wanted to try this place and we ordered the reposado espresso martinis and they were actually very exceptional for the price. The bartender was very friendly. We did ask if he could turn on the lightning bolts game last night however he stated that it was not on regular TV and it was hard to get the bolts on any screens in the area. We actually stepped into Yard House right after leaving small giant and Yard House had the bolts game on basically every TV screen so There is such a thing he may not have known about not being able to get it on TV in the area, but he does he does make a really good reposado espresso martini, which is actually on their menu.

Came to Water St on a Sunday to have a late lunch (3pm) and everywhere was closed for lunch service except for Small Giant so figured to check it out since I haven't been. The service was good and was pretty quick. As for food, it was good for bar food haha. Apparently, they're known for pizza but got something else instead. What I ordered: - French Dip: ribeye, caramelized onions, provolone, truffle aioli - TACOS CRISPY SHRIMP. Flour tortilla, queso fresco, spiced avocado, sriracha aioli (3 PER ORDER) - Cheesesteak Eggrolls: ribeye, provolone, sriracha aioli & queso drizzle - French Onion Soup: melted gruyere, provolone & mozzarella

If you're in the mood for an appetizer, I suggest the Herb Focaccia (the herb oil is delicious), potato chips and dip (I believe the chips are homemade), and when in season the olives. The olives were my favorite, but they haven't been on the menu the last several times we visited. We've tried half the menu but my favorite is the rigatoni that you can get without protein or add to the side. As for dessert, I absolutely love the s'mores chocolate custard. Also very delicious! The service is always serving! lol it's always quick, attentive, and friendly. The only downside is the limited time you have at your table (90min) when AJ is there to dj, but we get it! :) I do recommend going on a night when he's there, and also on a night when you can have more time to hang out. If you're going on a night that AJ is there, be sure to book a reservation well in advance.

The space is big with lots of natural light coming in which I loved! Bathrooms: They have restrooms for men and women. The women's restroom had two stalls. The bathroom was pretty clean. I didn't like the coloring of the bathroom, it would make me crazy if I had to sit in there for a long period of time. Service: The minute we walked in, we weren't greeted by anyone and we just looked around because we'd never been here before. It took about a minute or two for someone to help us get a table. The rest of the service was good overall. Our food came out quick. I do wish the happy hour options were explained to us when we sat down, we had to ask our waiter to explain it to us. Food: I'd say overall their food is good, it's not the best I've had in Tampa. If you want to come for a decent brunch and drinks this is a good spot. We tried the 'potato latkes' as an appetizer which was really good. I had their 'Smashburger' for my entree which was good, but I've had better. I did like their fries. The drinks were the best part! I had their 'Pink Hugo' which was really good and my friend had their 'Green Machine' which was delicious. Overall the food was good, but nothing amazing to me. Maybe I didn't order the right thing. I'd be willing to come back and try their brunch options as that seems to be what people like the most. Overall, it's a good place to come for lunch with a friend. It wasn't super busy on a weekday, so you don't need a reservation. The prices are decent, but everything in Tampa is more pricey now. **Parking Tip: they have a VERY small parking lot for customers behind the building. There is a larger gravel parking lot behind the building where you have to PAY to park. It was around $6/2 hours, I'm not sure if it's more expensive at different times. Try to look for free street parking in the area if their free lot is full before going to the paid lot! Or if you can car pool with friends do that!

The area surrounding the restaurant is beautiful and makes for a great place to walk around and explore. Once inside, the atmosphere is just as impressive, and thankfully the food, drinks, and service live up to the hype. My dad and I started with the Gator Tail appetizer. Neither of us had ever tried alligator before, so we were really curious to see what it was like. Turns out, we loved it! It tastes surprisingly similar to chicken and was a fun way to try something new. For our mains, my dad ordered their famous Meatloaf, and after trying a bite, we completely understand why it's one of their signature dishes. It was excellent. I went with Barry's Tomahawk Pork Chop, and it was outstanding. The pork was cooked perfectly; juicy, tender, and not dry whatsoever. The real star, though, was the guava demi-glace, which added such a unique and delicious flavour to the dish. The beer selection was great too. I especially enjoyed the Wedding Beer Berry Lager, which was refreshing and packed with flavour. We also saved room for dessert. We tried the Candied Maple Bacon Ice Cream and the Bourbon Butter Cake. The ice cream wasn't really my favourite; I thought the cornflakes were a bit of a strange addition, but my dad enjoyed it. The Bourbon Butter Cake, on the other hand, was delicious and a great way to finish off the meal. Between the beautiful setting, excellent food, great drinks, and friendly service, it's easy to see why Ulele is such a popular Tampa destination. The server and the manager were nice but the manager seemed to think that the solution was for the servers to slow down. That doesn't make sense to me but ok. They did remake a plate to go for us, so that was nice. The food was a little meh to me. The short ribs could have used some salt or seasoning before making the ravioli's (same with the chicken parm) just a suggestion. Pasta tasted undercooked and as if it was box pasta. They currently do not carry the full menu they show online, so I went with a Chicago hot dog, and the Italian beef sandwich. After a nice chat with Paulie about politics, I headed home and dug in. The Chicago hot dog was perfect, although I had to remove the hot peppers.
