They stated the water flow was abnormally slow and eventually sewage/water would back up into our basement. To replace the main pipe they had to saw thru 5 t0 7" of patio concrete to access the pipe for replacement. They were 100% correct the pipe from the house and under the concrete slab was originally installed incorrectly and was a major issue. Billy and Tristin was totally considerate, polite and professional. Their quote for this complicated job was extremely fair. I 100% recommend them to resolve all septic or plumbing issues.

Then we found Mike. He does great work and I feel was very reasonably priced. He was there the same day we called to quote us at no charge and started working the next day on our septic tank. Needless to say our septic tank was so so old and huge roots had grown into the field drain so it was an extensive job. He stayed until after midnight to fix the problem and not make us be without water for more than a day. I am very grateful to him and will use him from now on with any plumbing issues we may have.

George (the person in charge) has not responded to my questions, has refused to provide a detailed scope of the work that is actually needed to pull the county permit and has ignored my reimbursement requests. The only thing they offered was to return $650 of the almost $6,000 paid. They have promised to fix the problem, but now, after all this time, they are suggesting replacing the entire drainage field. This gives the impression that the original repair was improvised and ineffective. This experience has been extremely frustrating and expensive. Communication for his part has been terrible: many excuses and almost no response to messages or calls. They have not assumed any responsibility and after six months, the problem remains unresolved. Now I have to hire another company, which means spending even more money to solve something that should have been done correctly from the beginning. If you want to avoid problems, I strongly recommend looking for septic services elsewhere. Save your money and choose a company that really supports your work. 1 star only because 0 is not an option. I was selling a home and hired AC Septic to perform septic repairs in order to obtain a clearance…read moreletter needed to document for the buyer that the septic system was in working order. The buyer was at the home while the repairs were being done and the worker proceeded to tell the buyer how bad the drain field was. Later that day he then sent me a clearance letter saying that the system was in "Great" condition and in working order. No comment at all about any drain field problems. I presented the letter to the buyer and he already knew better. The company required $2,000 in "Green dollar bills" as pre-payment. No venmo, no check, "Green Dollar bills" only. To keep the sale from sure death, we hired another company to quote for drain field repair, even though it was unnecessary, and $3800 later we were able to close the sale. $5800 in total for some PVC pipe replacement that took 1.5 hours. Keep your distance from this very shady company.

Using a camera and snake, he located a root clog in the main pipe leaving the house. He was able to cut into the clog, pull some root fibers out and allow the house to drain, finishing after 10pm. What a releaf!! He was a life saver coming so late and giving us a temporary releaf. He then gave us some options on how to do a perminant fix. Great service. Not cheap but what is?

CONSUMER ALERT!!!!! The technician who came out was very polite and personable, so no complaints…read morethere. However, the service itself was extremely misleading. I called based on their advertised $150 septic pump-out for up to 1,000 gallons. Once on-site, I was told that because my tank was full, they could not perform the pump-out at that price. That doesn't make much sense--if a septic tank isn't full, why would you need it pumped? Instead, I was quoted $4,300 for a full system drain with a chemical treatment that was described as drying out the entire tank. I was also told that replacing the system could range anywhere from $25,000 to $45,000. After this, I contacted three other companies, and all of them confirmed that it is not true that a full tank cannot be pumped. I was also informed that standard pump-outs typically cost more because of disposal fees, which explains why the advertised $150 price is unrealistic. It felt like the low advertised price was simply a way to get in the door and then upsell significantly more expensive and unnecessary services. I would strongly recommend getting multiple opinions and considering a smaller, local company. The other quotes I received were around $500 for a standard pump-out, with no pressure to commit to costly treatments that may not be necessary or even recommended.

We refused because we had only lived there 2 weeks and we noticed the took a 1/2 hp pump out and put a 1 hp in So obviously they put the wrong one in to start with. They said they would take the new one out and we told them to put the old one back in so we could call the county. Then we called our builder and I guess the builder paid for it cause they left without taking the new one out. know That if you use them, it could get ugly in a hurry. It did for us.
