6/23/2026 VIENNA LATTE (Iced brown sugar latte w/ salted vanilla cream top and cocoa powder) This seemed to be a popular drink at Slow Bloom, but what a disappointment! At $8.00, this was sooo bad! I want my money back! The coffee was drowned out by the salted vanilla cream top and it was really salty. The cream top was additionally bad with the added cocoa powder. It was a bad combo of flavors! The coffee itself I could not taste, but the brown sugar latte with the saltiness of the cream top was a terrible unedible combo! I wouldn't recommend this drink to anybody! Sad about this because my first experience at Slow Bloom was so positive! CUSTOMER SERVICE Staff was friendly and nice. PARKING Limited, as it is a small parking lot, but there is street parking as well.

Adorable coffee shop, super busy on a holiday weekend but worth it! Lots of outdoor seating as well so a great place if you have a dog.

Iced latte and espresso tonic.

Great coffee shop with house made syrups. Lots of seating indoor and out. The staff were friendly and quick with your order. I ordered the honey cinnamon iced latte, and it was delicious.

I come here every once in a while after church on sundays whenever i'm in redlands and bro somehow every time it's ALWAYS different menu. Slow Bloom always has a rotated seasonal menu that literally reads like poetry. like wdym i have the option to get a Whimsical Strawberry Magic Cheesecake Latte???? i love hojicha more than regular matcha (before the "uuurm, actually--" comments i know they're both matcha) BUT MY FRIENDS STILL CALLED ME PERFORMATIVEEEE?? and do i care? HELL NAH. Hojicha tastes like a nuttier, cocoa-like, more roasted version of matcha, and Slow Bloom does Hojicha GREAT... close with all the drink cafes in KTown.... BUT IN THE INLAND EMPIRE BABY. it was so smooth, whisked, and CREAMY. the vanilla cream top really topped it off, it was perfectly balanced and not insanely sweet. BUT THE MATCHA IS FANTASTIC HERE TOO. i tried a sip of my friend's matcha latte and it was POTENT. ur not gonna get a light green matcha... it'll be dark, yet smooth and not bitter at all. definitely one of the top matchas in the IE. the coffee selection here are so unique, and you can tell they GENUINELY care about have high quality options and varieties (their drip options are plentiful, include origins, and flavor profiles... i see all you pretentious connoisseurs--)

Yam spiced latte

Great coffee, great atmosphere, workers are nice, and the hours are awesome. Very convenient for early or later working/studying. The only thing is the cafe can be a bit cold in the mornings. Other than that, very cute place I've been coming back to.

It starts off Slow then the caffeine starts to Bloom and suddenly drops the Boom! The more you consume you start to be in tune with the vibe in the room. As everyone will start to loom you become curious as a coon. The longer I sat the more I understood why the coffee shop was so dang popular located in this hood. I ordered their seasonal Maple Latte which was pretty good with each sip so no need to trip. I also got the Ethiopian pour over set and that was definitely a good bet. Both drinks were pretty on point just like the character of this coffee joint. There's seating inside and out with the occasional line but no need to pout they'll get your order out as fast as they can I have no doubt. If you think I'm jiving then look at my pics and you'll see this place is legit. And that's my take on it, Peace...

I stopped here just before work to get a quick pick me up for the day. I came across this coffee shop on Yelp and because I was just visiting the area for a trip I really wanted to support local shops! One thing I loved about this place was the ambience. It was so cute and retro and I just love the contemporary vibes that I've also had at the same time. It felt homey! I loved it. The vibes were great and the service was great as well. I ordered a small hot vanilla latte alongside with a blueberry bagel with butter. I did not wait too long and within a few minutes my name is called along with my order! I wish I could've stayed and enjoyed my coffee, but I had to be on the go. The bagel was great and also the latte was the perfect balance of espresso and milk. I'm kind of picky with my lattes My hot latte was presented so beautifully! What a perfect design! Also, the cup designs were so awesome. Really loved whoever designed everything. I wish the Bay Area had this place lol Although I may not ever visit the area again (I was on a work trip lol) I really hope someday I can pass by again spontaneously

Clean work area

First time coming here after seeing it on social media and wanting to try it out. Well, I finally made it and was completely satisfied with my visit! Although it was a little packed for being such a small place (a good sign in my opinion!) The service was excellent! Our drinks were made in a timely manner and our server was friendly! We didn't know what to order upon walking in because I couldn't find an update menu when searching (you can find it here now :) ) My hubby went with the spicy Chai. They offer 2 different types of Chai, sweeter and spicy, he decided on almond milk with his. It was delicious! I went with the caramel apple latte with almond milk. Our server mentioned I should try it next time with the cinnamon roll cream top, then he offered to throw it on for me with no extra charge! So nice of him! I appreciated that because my drink was amazing!! Tasted just like a caramel apple and that cream top paired so well with the latte! All in all, if I am ever in the area I will definitely be returning!!

Went in at 6:30am and it's the only coffee shop (that's not Starbucks) that's open. Glad we came in, we got a maple latte with oat milk and another with regular milk. Also a strawberry matcha Everything was delicious Perfectly sweet. Creamy. Delicious Quick and good service Definitely would come back if we're in the area Glad we found this place on Yelp!

The space was very interesting and cute, i loved the ambiance of the shop. The coffee was just okay and the latte I got tasted strongly of sugar more than a flavor. I got the maple pecan latte i believe, and they use an oat milk that's not creamy so the coffee was very watery. But they do not upcharge for a milk substitute which is a plus! Would give this place another shot if I'm in the area, but would not get the same drink again!

Done holding back with these places that are charging premium prices for low quality products. If you enjoy a good quality matcha, don't come here. If you like matcha that tastes more like sweet cucumber chalky milk, this place might be for you. I've ordered a matcha here before and it was so weak tasting that I decided to make it a double matcha. A $2.00 add-on, mind you. This was a $9.50 drink before tip. I finally used my loyalty card for $3.00 off, bringing it down to $6.50 before tip. My order: 16 oz DOUBLE matcha latte with vanilla (they were out of agave of course), whole milk, easy ice. Tasted no different than the first matcha I had here. Incredibly weak. Not even fully mixed. They are definitely not using ceremonial grade matcha here, but are charging as if they are. Go literally anywhere else and you will have the same mediocre drink for $3-4 less. This was my last visit here. Customer service could use a little help too!

Soon as I walked in, the staff was great! Very welcoming and friendly. They do offer inside and outside seating. Kinda packed when I came. They have so many options to choose from. From drinks to pastries. I must say the scone was pretty good, decent pricing and good portion size. The drinks were great as well. Definitely a must try in the area

I came to visit while I'm on a bit of a break from graduate school - how else to best celebrate then to explore the cafes of Redlands?! I came here around 6 am, and was welcomed into a warm atmosphere. Many come and go to grab a drink and chat with friends. I appreciate the amount of seating available both indoors and outdoors. The place is a place to work as well with plenty of accessible outlets - at least to the the extent I would expect from a good study cafe. I ordered a medium sized latte with almond milk, and it was exactly what I needed. I really appreciated the fact that no additional charges were placed for the alternative milks of almond milk and oat milk. The service is kind and respectful. The bathroom is also well maintained, and the place is more or less of a haven for weary souls. Thank you all for the nourishment. God bless you all!

Ask the Community - Slow Bloom Coffee

If I bought coffee beans from Slow Bloom, am I able to bring them in to be grinded?

Yes! They'll even forgive you if you forget a spoon in the bag and it accidentally goes in the grinder too 😅

Are you going to get sugar free options? Also different options of sugar free besides Splenda. Came in today and left not trying a drink due to no sugar free options.

We have Sugar Free Vanilla that we make in house.

What's the menu of drinks and foods?

Currently the baked goods menu changes by the day. They often have a wide variety of sweet and some savory items.…

I let the man that was taking my order know it was my first time and he didnt really seem to care. I let someone else go in front of me since I wasnt sure what I wanted and I thought the worker would possibly suggest something but he seemed pretty rigid. Then when I asked about cold foam he said to look at the menu (which I understand) but if it's my first time why not suggest a great pairing with that drink? Maybe I am used to that since other places have done that. So I thought it was just me. I had one of my students meet me there and when we left she told me her experience and it also was pretty similar. Customer service wasnt very engaging. But the coffee was good. So I definitely give it that. The bread was cold and maybe I shouldn't have assumed it was gp8ng to be warmed up but they didnt tell me if it they would warm it up or not. Anyway good luck to yall! Do I actually love coffee, or do I just love cream and sugar with a little coffee mixed in? Apparently, there's a reason I've always been a latte girl! All jokes aside, I genuinely enjoyed the experience and learning more about coffee, even if my taste buds weren't quite prepared for the bitterness. I'm not sure I'd do another black coffee tasting, but I'm glad I tried it! As for Arcade itself, I absolutely love this location! The aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans, the beautiful atmosphere, and being able to see the roasting equipment right behind you make the space feel so special.
