But over 50% of my closest is comprised of the clothing in this store. There's only two that I know of -- one in Brea and the other is in Mission Viejo, the latter which has a bigger store and selection. I favor the one in Brea though -- they seem to stock more often and have better sales events, in my opinion. Their hoodies, sweaters, and cardigans are really a unique style (kind of cute + classy all in one) so I've got over a dozen of each since I'm an outer wear lover and this place has that for all seasons! Love the Daisy Shoppe. As for the staff, I guess I agree that they aren't exactly the friendliest or most genuine feeling people but hey, they work in service and I don't expect anyone to actually care. The clothing is all I really want and they've never given me a hard time when I'm shopping. Most everything here is non-refundable for cash (you can possibly get store credit though) so expect that. This is explained on a sign by their register, so its really not their fault if people can't read it. Plus, they've reminded me of the return policy whenever I've purchased something.

I walked out feeling disrespected and humiliated by a staff that is clearly untrained and hostile. ​The experience at the returns counter was a disaster from start to finish: ​The "Frontline" Issue: The associate (thin with black hair) was flat-out insulting. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, and acted like following the store's own return policy was a personal burden to her. It wasn't just "attitude"--it was blatant unprofessionalism. ​The Incompetence: A second associate with curly hair actually found me an exchange item in a larger size, only to suddenly "change her story" and claim it wasn't policy. Don't offer solutions you don't understand; it's misleading and incompetent. ​The "Leadership": When the manager was called over, things actually got worse. Instead of de-escalating, the manager was arrogant, dismissive, and provided zero help. ​When the leadership is this rude, it explains why the staff feels comfortable mistreating paying customers. She lent her expertise in picking a weather-appropriate outfit for my husband and gave us ideas for our outfits-she really went above and beyond. We did end up buying some pants and a shirt from here and they were a very light linen material...a bit see-through, but for a desert wedding, they should be perfect. The price was a bit more expensive than I would have hoped for, but Men's clothing always seems to be more expensive than women's. When my partner did the same, that's when the worker decided to come up to him and say what he did was wrong and that he should either wait and tell her or he's never allowed in the store again. I could not believe they were working with little to no air conditioning circulating through the store. The store is the reason why the 3 stars. For such a large chain retail store I would imagine they would be able to afford good quality air conditioning not only for the customers but for their employees as well. I had a very disappointing experience today at Old Navy…read more I came to pick up a prepaid order that was already paid for online. I waited patiently in line at the register and politely showed the barcode for my pickup order to a lady wearing a pink color stripe shirt. Instead of assisting me, she reacted in a very dismissive and disrespectful way and told me to "get in line." I was not trying to cut the line. This was a prepaid pickup order, and I have done this many times before without any issue. The whole purpose of ordering and paying in advance is for a smoother pickup process. If customers still need to wait in the regular checkout line, then what is the point of online pickup? Eventually, when I reached the register, the manager came over and processed the order. He confirmed that for pickup orders, customers only need to show the barcode and the staff will bring the item out. That is exactly what I was trying to do from the beginning. The situation could have been handled professionally and respectfully. I hope the store provides better training to ensure customers are treated fairly and consistently

All the ladies here had such an attitude, they ask if you need help but when you do ask them anything they act like your bothering them. For a children's store!? Definitely disappointed. I spent well over $200 for my daughters that day. It would be nice if these ladies where at least hospitable. Management needs to check these disrespectful ladies that work here at the La Habra location. Maybe management also needs to be looked at because this environment is horrible.
