They also have a trade section for blind buys and a fun game to try for more prizes if you turn in your empty capsules! Plenty of parking in their shared public lot. We came half an hour before closing, and decided to take a little walk around the shop. Since we were window shopping, we didn't ask for any support but a couple next to us did. The person at the register was very friendly and had wonderful energy! My two kids really love this store. It's usually pretty quiet and empty except for a couple of patrons but the toys are very appealing to young children. We appreciate having something different for kids to enjoy that is wholesome and fairly inexpensive as well. You can buy as little or as much as you want without spending more than $10 or $20 bucks. TL;DR if you like anything nerdy, this store is AMAZING! Prices are quite reasonable and the items they have are great! I found this store by complete chance and I'm so glad I did. I came looking for One Piece Labubus and discovered an awesome store. In particular, their selections of Animal Heavenly Body figures, which I didn't even know existed until I got here! I'm absolutely obsessed with these amazing animal figures! There are a few blind boxes, but most of the figures you can just pick out which ones you want with the store owners and they grab them for you from their inventory. The owners are wonderful! Family owned store, and they're very friendly. They're more than happy telling you about their products and giving you a ton of information, I can really tell they love this stuff as much as I do! This store is a hidden gem! Reminds me of when we went to Tokyo a month ago and my 2 daughters asked for gachapon everyday while we were there. Finally we found a store in Orange County that has the similar Japanese gachapon they remember from Tokyo! And best of all, the prices are reasonable and the customer service is the best! A real hidden gem! If it weren't for tiktok, I would not have known about this place! Coming in, I was shocked with the selection. You're met with crane machines when you come in, and it's all gacha machines around the store! I love the selections as they're very unique and went in on a couple! They also have blind boxes as well which was very dangerous for my wallet because I love blind boxes they were ones I've never seen before either so I had to buy some for myself and for gifts! Prices are pretty fair considering the size of these blind box figures in my opinion. They also have open figures that they sell as well, so if you don't want to gamble, there's that option! They were extremely friendly and were happy to answer any questions we had and were super nice to talk to in general. They had a one piece machine for cards and ended up getting a nice card out of it! It is $1 a token and most machine were 5 tokens which I thought was fair! This is a unique and fun toy store and art gallery and arcade all combined into one. Make sure you look up while you're in there for all of the unique figures and artistic pieces. Most of the items in the machines are about $3, or three tokens. The claw machines each cost $1. And they're fairly easy to win. There's also a free machine with little snacks in it for small children to practice. The staff member working when we were in there was extremely friendly. I'll make sure to come back with my family. My cousin and I had such a fantastic experience thanks to the store associate who helped us! He was incredibly patient while we browsed and he let us take photos, FaceTime our cousin back home to ask about the Lububus, and took the time to explain each one to us. We were on our Labubu hunt and came across this awesome boutique filled with unique collectibles! They have authentic Labubus and even items from the actual Pop Mart Land aka Pop Mart City Park in Beijing that you can't find online because they are exclusive to the location. It's only $1 = 1 token and the machines cost usually 3-5 tokens; I did see some gacha machines & claw machines only costing 1. Today was our first day in this store. We have walked by it several times and I have always wondered if it was something my autistic son could do as the element of chance with games is something he struggles with. So, by daughter and I came in and I spoke with the owner who helped give me points what I could do for my son to prepare him and he also offered to help while we do a visit. It meant alot to me, to just hear someone say that! My daughter had the BEST time. He helped us get acclimated with the token machine, how everything works, and instructed my daughter how to use the class machine. Store owners like this are a rare gem anymore. What a cool little spot! The kids had the day off school and we were looking for something fun to do so we came to ArToy. This is basically a slightly more sophisticated version of those machines that used to be in front of grocery stores that you would beg your Mom for a quarter so you could get a sticky slap hand to annoy your sibling with. You purchase tokens and put them into the machine that spits out a toy in a brightly colored egg. There are all varieties of toys and trinkets. They also have some claw machines. My two kiddos got a few unicorn keychains, a small light, some plush dinosaurs and Pokemon, some princesses and plastic bugs. I think we were there for around 20-30 minutes total and we spent $30-$35 on tokens. The guy working in the shop was so helpful and friendly and so excited for my kids when they won the claw game. One of the games you can play for free and get a small snack (pretzels and gummies were inside when we went). They also have collectibles and artwork for sale. Some cool and interesting stuff on the top shelves of the store. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is because I found it a little pricey. We really enjoyed our experience, but for how quickly my kids went through the tokens, it would be hard to justify going back frequently....but it's a fun, "special occasion" stop for good grades or a good visit to the dentist. I checked out a Bandai store once where it's $3 for 1 token so although I'm really into gashapons, I refused to pay that much for them. So the ArToy won big on that! They do resell blind boxes from Popmart and Sonny Angels which I do feel that they're a bit pricey. But otherwise, the other blind boxes and figures looked like they were sold at fair costs. The gashapon selection is pretty good but can cost a lot of tokens. A lot of the popular ones were sold out but overall, I'd rather visit this store again than other gashapon stores!
