I absolutely love this place! I was in SoCal on a family trip to Disney Land and stopped by these outlets to shop around. Found this spot and I was starstruck. The amount of pop figures and other amazing collectables in the store was insane! I managed to snag a signed Hawks pop figure for $56. I was sold a faulty/fake blindBox and I know it was done in purpose because as I was leaving I noticed that they were closing up and my receipt wasn't put in my bag. I proceeded to open up the box on camera and it was missing the corresponding authenticity card. When I proceeded to call to ask if there was a number or email I could have so I could call and request the missing part. The person on the phones tone switched up & got really defensive. I was told that they're only resellers and they can't do anything about it. (That's how you know they don't guarantee authenticity) (let me guess Ali xpress is your distributor ?) pfft be FOREAL. I was asked if I opened it in store or at home ? Like that's suppose to change anything ? On CAMERA GIRL SO WHAT??? What does it matter? I'm telling you what happened and what I want and automatically she omits herself from any responsibility. I'm not asking for an refund ?? I don't care what your policy is. You don't just automatically disregard a customer.. what happened to customer service? I should honestly file a claim with my bank over this becaise it's so fuc king lame. To have a legitimate business and then just to say "we're just resellers" is literally so wack! Imagine if target/walmart said that when you purchased a faulty product ? They think that by saying that they don't do refunds omits them of any responsibility . Losers! The 15 labubus I've previously purchased and countless other items that I've paid twice retail because I wanted to support a collectible business and tbe count less number of customers I've put on to your shop all that for what ? Whenever I am on a Disney trip, Chrono is on my list of spots to visit when I go. They have a fair amount of common pops and a decent selection of exclusives and signed pops. Stickers, pop key chains and art work are some of the things you can check out. They even have a few spots for damaged pops or not so popular pops that are marked down. I always end up coming out with something when I go and the staff is always super nice. Super short review for anyone looking to check em out. Definitely do! read more

Came here just to check it out but ended up with a lot of purchases. Decent prices at the outlet. My son loves this place. Lots of Funko Pop figurines to choose from. They did have only a few selections and quality of what I like and I got lucky to get the last one. I guess it's a hit or miss here or you can ask if they have more in the back. They also sell magnets, keychains and some stuffed animals. Fun store to check out if you like Ainme or this kind of thing.
