There's only two that I know of -- one in Brea and the other is in Mission Viejo, the latter which has a bigger store and selection. As for the staff, I guess I agree that they aren't exactly the friendliest or most genuine feeling people but hey, they work in service and I don't expect anyone to actually care. I noticed this at another Korean fashion store I've been to too (where the owner will come to the spot you were just at to tidy anything you touched or slightly displaced). It is discouraging to browse things when you're not greeted or when you're being watched. I had two toddlers with me (the target audience) and you'd think that people would say hi to the kids or ask if we needed help looking for anything but we didn't get any of that.
