Customer Service, POOR! ! Food, decent!…read more As I was walking to the door, another young man appeared to be racing me. Little did he know or could see that there was a toddler in front of me that was actually running to the door that I was chasing. We walk in and two of the young men get huge smiles on their face. I guess they were excited to see the young man racing me to the door. There's 3 people on staff... 2 behind the register and 1 stocking the chips. No greeting at all. They just sit there talking to the racer walker. Finally one of the young men walk towards me but says nothing... I waited, purposely, about 2 minutes and then he says, "are you gonna know what you want" I read my order off and he calls for the young man (Seyten) that was originally stocking chips and asked if he could "sprinkle" although he was doing absolutely nothing but asking the guy that came in (Micah) if he wanted a free sandwich. I waited for Seyten to come and I didn't mind at all because he was clearly busy in the back and still turned out to be so polite.. very manner-able and when I asked him for a few things on the side, he went to the back to get a bowl then immediately changed his gloves out. I can tell he is the responsible one that they make do all the work. Micah (not currently working), Noah and especially the other young boy on shift tonight need to be fired or re-trained! Seyten, give him a raise or promotion. He's the only reason for the 2 star rating. Overall, the restaurant was clean and the food was fresh.

Inside, it's generally okay, but I do think they could improve on sanitary practices, especially with how some of the food items are kept out and displayed. A little more attention to food safety setup would make the environment feel cleaner and more inviting. 2. Service Experience I normally order online, but sometimes I go in person. In my experience, the staff is generally nice and patient, which makes the ordering process smooth. 3. My Most Recent Visit On my last order, everything was on point. I got a Philly Cheese with chipotle sauce and extra chipotle sauce -- and they actually made sure to give me the extra, which I appreciated. The sandwich was flavorful, juicy, and not dry at all. Everything tasted fresh, and the balance of toppings made it one of the better sandwiches I've had from here. I also ordered cookies, and they were soft, fresh, and delicious. The entire order was correct, which isn't always the case with many fast-food chains, so that was a plus. 4. Pricing & Portions Prices aren't too bad for what you get, but I do feel like the meat portions could be a little more generous, especially considering the amount of bread. Increasing the protein slightly would give a better overall bite and balance to the sandwich. 5. Final Thoughts While I don't eat here often, I do come in occasionally, and based on my last visit, I was very satisfied. The flavor, freshness, and order accuracy all hit the mark this time. Rating: (4/5) -- Good service, and flavorful sandwiches, with room for improvement in sanitation setup and portion size. I'd recommend this location for anyone craving a sub here & there.

The meals were great but the chicken strips and Chicken wings only had 3 pieces. The cod meal had 4 pieces. Cod and Chicken was very good and my fried chicken wings were very juicy. The two gentlemen inside the truck were very busy and did a great job getting my order done in 10 to 15 minutes. Next time we come back I plan on trying the catfish. Unfortunately they were out of the Fried Mac n Cheese which my bride was really looking forward to. Give em a try if craving something different.

Amazing Service at Texas Roadhouse in Casa Grande!…read more We had such a great experience at Texas Roadhouse in Casa Grande. After finishing our meal, we went outside and discovered that my mom and stepdad's car had a dead battery. The manager, Saul, along with several others, immediately stepped in to help. They spent quite a while trying to jump the car, and after several attempts, they finally got it started! We were incredibly grateful for how patient and willing everyone was to help. While we were waiting, my daughter Ellie was able to paint at their paint station and even build her own ice cream sundae, all complimentary. They also refilled her drink before we left and gave us three bottles of water for the road. It's one thing to receive great service during a meal, but the kindness we received after our meal was already over really stood out. Saul and the team could have simply wished us luck, but instead they stayed outside and worked together until they got us back on the road. Thank you, Saul and the Casa Grande Texas Roadhouse team, for going above and beyond for our family. We truly appreciated your kindness and hospitality! Definitely a 5-star experience!

Added: Shrimp kicker. x2 Kiddos: chicken Tenders w/ fries Side of loaded fries w/ extra bacon. Reason for review: The two Salmon meals weren't consumed in restaurant because they were undercooked. When I say undercooked, I mean I could've gotten food poisoning from first delivery. Photographed is an attempt after sending it back and you can tell it's still pink inside and broken up. The manager seemed extremely annoyed and bothered that the salmon was returned. She also did not return to hear about the improper cooked food. Ultimately, bad service from management and left hungry.

From the get go the hostess is very friendly and seated us at a booth when we requested if we could move from the tables. The chairs are a little TIGHT and I'm a big girl! The salsa and chips brought to the table tasted so fresh and the salsa was perfect! Our server was so friendly and welcoming, offering advice on the (kind of overwhelming) huge selection of food they offer. The inside ambiance and decor wasn't anything of note but the background music was perfectly balanced, some restaurants be blasting music, this location did not. The food was spectacular. We got a cheese/chorizo appetizer that was so mouth watering, based on that dish alone we were happy. My husband ordered an omelette and I ordered the steak fajitas. The food was brought out quickly and it was so delicious. From the refried beans, to the omelette my husband had, we were so satisfied and full! We even had extra to go home with. 100% will be back to try more of their food and some of the amazing looking drinks from their menu. Do yourself a huge favor and visit them today!

Everyone got something different, so for my part, I tried the caprese bruschetta and their Sunday Sauce pasta. I paired my meal with their Ginger mule mockcktail. The bruschetta was soooo good. The bread was incredibly flavorful and the feta, tomato, and balsamic married perfectly. The bread was also the perfect texture - not too crunchy, not too soft. Fresh cheese and cherry tomatoes provided the most delicious topping! My pasta was also really good. Their meat sauce was so savory and delicious, and the noodles (flat, wide - I forget the name!) were cooked to perfection. I'm glad I also got a side of toast - it was a slight upcharge ($1.50) but worth it for the quality. My Ginger mule was kind of meh, unfortunately. I think I was expecting it to be sweeter, and it was pretty bitter. The service was beyond outstanding. Our server was attentive, answered questions, and made sure our water glasses were never empty. Huge props to him. After our meal, the owner even came over and checked in. Very nice guy. They even gave my boyfriend a slice of cheesecake for his birthday for free. The noise level wasn't awful, either, and that was very appreciated as a Deafie. I was able to see everyone at the table (we were in a rounded booth) and the ambient noise wasn't distracting at all. Awesome experience, better food, phenomenal service.
