Atmosphere 5/5 The restaurant is part of a large strip mall near a main parking lot entrance. The storefront doesn't really provide clues about the restaurant there is zero curb appeal. Once inside you were welcomed by a clean, comfortable, multiple dining areas that are nicely decorated. Service 5/5 Niece Sandy and I were welcomed immediately and quickly seated. Our sever left us menus to review and she left with our beverage orders. Service was excellent throughout lunch service. Appetizers came out quickly and entrees were timed perfectly. Refills were tended to without asking. Our picks: Thai Tea x2 Steamed Pork Pot Stickers Chicken Egg rolls House Chow Mei Fun Korean Shin Beef Ramen Food 3/5 The food on balance was good. Thai Tea weren't traditional but nice. The Chicken egg rolls were excellent, great seasoning! The steamed pork potstickers were steamed perfectly, I wish the porks seasoning was a bit more pronounced so it wasn't lost by the wrap. The dipping sauce was ok. House Chow Mei Fun (Menu Typo) I didn't try. Sandy lefty most of it untouched. The noodles were less traditional rice vermicelli style. It was a generous portion and if I get a run on her leftovers I'll update my review. The good Sandy gifted her Chow Mein when she left this morning and I enjoyed it for lunch. I actually prefer the rice vermicelli. The flavor was spot on and very delicious. I would order this over the items we ordered and make it my go-to dish here. This allowed me to elevate my review rating from 3 to 4. Korean Shin Beef Ramen also served in a traditionally large bowl. The eggs was spot on, Seaweed was nice, I loved the leaks. The large thinly sliced beef was tender and easily enjoyed with chopsticks. The tell-tale of a great Ramen has a lot to do with its broth. More seasoning could have brought the bowls score up to 4 or 5. A great broth enhances the noodles flavor as well. $135.78 includes tip. I had dinner here last night it was perfect. I had Shanghai Rice Noodles OMG the best I have had in an awhile. The food, the service, the cleanliness of the restaurant all excellent! My only complaint was the music was loud and I felt was competing with the television. The waitress was very attentive and friendly ensuring all my needs were met. First time eating here and it absolutely lived up to the great reviews! I ordered Combo #3 with snow crab, crawfish, shrimp, and clams. It came with 2 corns, rolls, 2 potatoes, and 2 sausages -- the portion size was HUGE and easily could've fed 3-4 people. I chose Cajun garlic and garlic butter sauces with extra hot heat, and wow... the flavors were amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly and coated in so much delicious seasoning. Service was quick and friendly. Charshu (rolled pork belly) in my ramen was so tender and excellent, but the broth for the shoyu ramen was not so good. Tonkotsu broth would've been better. Yummy ramen noodles in Maricopa I was excited to see and try this restaurant we live in Long Beach but have family in town and this spot exceeded our expectations. The pork belly was generous and delicious pieces. Broth was savory and not overwhelmingly spicy they also give you a scale so you can pick how much spice you want. Shrimp (heads off) in a mild garlic butter sauce. You customize by choosing other items like small red potatoes, corn on the cob, sausages cut to bite size pieces. There are choices of spices and sauces our favorite being garlic butter. Along with what else they do, veggies and seafood simmer in the sauce. So good the quality is tops. We had this delivered to our home and they go as far as giving you disposable gloves to minimize the mess. So the place is not just about a variety of noodle choices but some of the best boils around. If you haven't tried yet, be adventurous. We moved to Maricopa 1 year ago and tried this place for the first time this evening! The weather was cold and rainy so Ramen sounded like a good dinner! The food was delicious! I custom made a ramen with a spice level of 2, my husband did the same for his seafood! The flavor of both items and spice level was perfect! Spicy enough for a good flavor but not too spicy where it would be unenjoyable! I hope this place gets a lot my business, its really a hidden gem. read more

Here we go again, We haven't visited this place since 2024. But we had the desire for seafood boils and remembered that we haven't visited Yummy Noodles in a very long time. Wow, just as good as we remembered, friendly people, fresh seafood and a great combo dinner that just can't be beat. the service was fast friendly and very helpful suggesting the correct heat level so we could enjoy it and not be sorry that it was too hot. The food was better than I remembered and right down to the Thai tea was perfection, and they even gave us plastic gloves so not to get ourselves too messy. Not like some places that are good for the first week then go down hill, no way. This place has if nothing else made everything better. My wife and I had the perfect meal and are telling everyone we know Not to miss this Jem in the Maricopa desert. Great Job Yummy Noodles. read more

I ordered the takoyaki balls and tonkotsu ramen and both were in fact yummy. The tonkotsu broth had great flavor and the chashu was melt in your mouth tender. I will however take them to task on the egg, as it was decidedly not a ramen egg, but rather it was a run of the mill HARD boiled egg. The pictures posted by Yelpers are a mix, so I already knew it might not live up to my expectations. I still gave all the stars though, as it was delicious. Hopefully I will get a real ramen egg next time, or in the very least a soft boiled egg. read more

For Maricopa locals, it's worth a try. My friend and I met here for lunch the other day to catch up. My friend had been here previously, but said during that time, the food was not all that great. Not sure if they went under new management or made changes based on customer reviews, but my friend said some changes were definitely made because the food was a lot tastier this time around. I'd hate to provide a review on my entree because it would be based on the fact that I'm not a fan of curry. I only ordered this meal because it was the only thing on the menu that sounded appealing to me. I also thought I'd give curry another chance, but once again, I was not feeling it. I'd say, if you like Pad Thai noodles and curry, this is your go to entree. Sorry I could not help. My friend ordered the ramen with beef and I have to say, I should have ordered that. He allowed me to have a taste, in which I was very impressed. It was very tasty along with the sauce and beef. This will be my go to if I go back. As for the appetizers, they were pretty good! My friend was very satisfied with the fried chicken wings. When he came here prior to their changes, he said the fried chicken used to be super greasy, making them unbearable to eat. This time around, he said they were not greasy, better yet, they were extra crispy and juicy. He even told the waiter that he was pleased by how well they were made. So far so yummy! I ordered the xiao long dumplings & ramen. I was expecting the dumplings to be a soup dumpling with the name but they were still delicious and came with a sauce on the side. & for the ramen it was the tonkotsu, which was fabulous! Only ramen place in town and I will say it was actually good. It's not the greatest ramen place ever but it's good enough lol. The sides we got were good and the ramen was good as well. This is an update from my previous review. I decided to give this another try because the family wanted to come back. The Taro Milk tea is good, though I wouldn't personally recommend the Boba popping bubbles. It's not that it's bad, but it's too sweet. Having sat down in person this time, I can properly review the interior. It's a decent size for a family to sit down, and the service is nice. The servers came to refill our drinks often, and worked as a team to bring out dishes. I have to be honest: I couldn't look at the noodles. I ordered the takoyaki and pot stickers. My family enjoyed the soup and ramen, so maybe this place isn't for me. Like I said, not bad, but not for me personally. read more

I've been here twice. The food here is pretty good, although I've only tried one dish & the boba tea. I brought my boyfriend to try it and he wasn't a fan. The service is hit or miss, if you dine in you get a better experience than take out. The lack of customers when you walk in is a little daunting. Was visiting family and we decided to go here. They have eaten here a few times and said it was good. I ordered their egg rolls, Tonkatsu Ramen, and garlic chicken wings. Everything I had was so delicious and prepared perfectly. I especially loved the Chashu Pork in the Ramen. It was the most flavorful I have ever had and also very tender. All the people working there were so nice as well. I even took a few steps into their kitchen and thanked the cooks and said their food was wonderful. They really appreciated it. I came across yummy noodle by driving around. today tho, I decided to order some food and I am not disappointed. my food was ready in 15 mins, and it was so so so hot even after 15 mins of driving home! I ordered the stir fry Korean shin ramen, pad Thai, the passionfruit tea with strawberry pooping boba and a Thai tea. as soon as I got home I took out the food....boy! it's like a 1 lb of pad Thai and 1 lb of ramen. IMO when I first walked in it's a small basic & simple restaurant. The servers were young and nice but inexperienced. Now the FOOD There was a group of 4 ppl and we ordered different items to try. Started off with appetizers... pancake was awful and tasted like buttery flour tortilla. Dumplings was alright maybe fried would be better. Garlic chicken that was straight up garlic salt no fresh garlic seasoning if you wanted. The Tonkatsu was meh alright but SALTY!! Idk if they put MSG but ended up having a headache. The Pad Thai was the worst I've ever tasted. I Do not recommend. Korean vegetable noodles it was meh not enjoyable. The prices were not what it's worth. The noodles was bland and had little to no flavor. The broth tasted watered down. If they can make their broth more flavorful, this will dramatically improve their noodles.
